"Response time was excellent and they worked diligently. Only slight mistake was the under sink traps were not quite tight enough which caused a minor leak. I fixed it myself by hand tightening the plastic fittings another quarter turn. I consider this a minor oversight and could have happened to anybody.
They even plugged the old roof vent and the ends of the old bypassed drain pipe.

"The first step was to hook up one toilet and one sink for the army of people who were working at the house for several months. The vandals had left a disembodied kitchen sink on the family room floor. Peter mounted it in a temporary frame in the powder room and connected it with flexible tubing. To the immense relief of all concerned, he also hooked up the toilet.
He then focused on all the gas lines which had been cut off  flush to the wall or floor. When he had fixed those, he ran pressure tests, and called for an inspection. That went smoothly because he had done the work well and had the foresight to leave the drywall open wherever there were gas connections. He then went thru a similar process with all the water systems. Once that was completed and the cabinets had been installed, he began hooking up all the appliances and fixtures. After they were all connected, a final round of testing and inspections,  During this months long process, Peter made two errors that he fixed within one day at no charge.
I am confident that my daughter has moved into a house where things work and have been configured for convenience and safety. Subseqently, I engaged Peter to do several projects for me at my home in Biltmore Lake and I am pleased with how they have gone, also.
In a project as long and complex as this one, good communications is essentia, particularly when dealing with a know-nothing amateur such as me. Peter communicates frequently and promptly by text and emails, which makes things go much more smoothly.

"Ty was wonderful. He returned my call within minutes and was able to come out that evening t deal with the immediate problem of the leak. He removed the wet drywall and cleaned up the damage, as well as the room he worked in. When he was finished for the night, the space was clean instead of covered in drywall dust. He arranged to come back to complete the repair a week later - the delay was in part to let the damaged area fully dry and in part my own schedule. He came back on the scheduled day, on time, and replaced my shower floor and completed the repair. It looks fantastic! 
Ty is professional, polite, and a very nice guy. He does great work, is honest with his quotes, explains the problem, and was patient with my questions. His sub-contractors were also polite, professional, and did great work. I highly recommend Ty and will call him again if I ever need any help with plumbing.

"He came out on sunday to install a water pressure valve. he did a great job thank you. i hope i dont run into more issues but if i do i will call you again...(one more thing he is very affordable) quick update today 8/17/20 he came out again to fix my shutoff valve that started to leack. thank you luck."

"The people were pleasant and easy to work with. The first workman could not find the major blockage but cleaned out roots. Since the line seemed to go onto a neighbor's yard which would necessitate getting permission to dig, he called his boss to investigate and come up with another plan. They communicated with my daughter at work over the phone. Eventually, they found the source of the blockage, baby wipes, close to the manhole which was still in my daughter's yard and not the neighbor's. They cleaned out the blockage and charged close to $500. They recommended two clean out valves be installed at the cost of another $400 approximately. This has not been done so far."
