He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. Not only that, the area is actually worse as all the ground is churned up and there is gravel everywhere. The pasture is complexly unusable. He also left deep ruts in my pasture and front lawn from his equipment and rocks everywhere! I spent days cleaning up. I have asked for my money back as I now have to hire another company to fix everything he did wrong and redo the entire project, but he refuses. The owner of this company is 16 years old, which I did not know when I hired him. He has equipment and some knowledge but not enough for complex jobs, and does not have the professionalism to start by his work."
