He was very neat by covering the area around the fireplace, worked efficiently to determine the problem and after careful work determined that a part needed to be replaced. Mr. Sinclair was as thorough as he could be considering it was an old gas fireplace! He let me know a week later that he was contacting all the distributors who may know the part number and after thoroughly working on trying to find the part, eventually found that the company, after contacting the company we purchased the fireplace from and made our fireplace had gone out of business 12 years earlier and no part could be found. Mr. Sinclair contacted me throughout his search keeping me apprised of his progress along the way. I was extremely impressed by Mr. Sinclair’s dedication to finding a solution to the problem and his consistent follow up on his progress. I highly recommend this company!"

The wife was unbelievable in scheduling me and keeping the time correct and calling and letting me know what was going on at all times so that I wouldn’t have to worry if they were gonna show up or not Robert her husband brought the lights, and I had taken pictures of what I wanted done and sent them in which helped when he was done. It was so cold, but he lit them up and it was like a winter wonderland. They’re so beautiful.
