David was fantastic: reasonably priced, professional, and highly experienced with Lifeproof 22 mil LVP. He is licensed and insured, which was a must for me, and he does not subcontract, something I really valued after past experiences with inconsistent work. I purchased all the materials ahead of time, including the LVP and baseboards, and his pricing covered demo, labor for install, appliance removal and reset, and the dump fee. He also replaced my old baseboards with clean, modern 1x4 square trim and removed all the quarter round I no longer needed. David was courteous, knowledgeable, and coordinated smoothly with my other contractors. I truly felt at ease working with him and highly recommend.

Perfect! David Cutshaw was available for questions the couple weeks before the project. He is a wealth of information about flooring. We scheduled and I am so grateful he accommodated my need to change the date. The job was extremely professional and they took good care of my house while working. He and his dad worked hard, cleaned up and even put my furniture back. My new floors look perfect, I couldn’t be happier. David is responsible, respectful and a truly kind person.

David was great to work with. He’s as considerate as he is skilled. He and his dad put in a new LVP floor for us. It was placed on top of the old floor so fitting around our hearth was tricky. This required a lot of precision cutting of the flooring and he was able to fit it perfectly. If I could give greater than 5 stars, I could.
