They never bothered to contact me

I had a 50 foot by 5 foot rock wall done and it is so beautiful. This company has been wonderful to work with.

We were clearly overcharged for a portion of the work and when we questioned the charge, Fernandos offered to reimburse us some money. They never paid us, even after repeated phone call messages. In addition, during the install, our doorbell was rendered unusable because of their improper workmanship and they would not come back to repair the problem. I will not recommend this company.

We went through several estimates to fit our budget, there was some pricing inconsistencies. One feature was not delivered until more funds would be approved. The pricing of the extra funds was inconsistent with basic math and not approved. In spite of this problem the actual work performed was top notch. The masons hand chipped ever stone to fit and look perfectly. Quality of masonry was a 5, Estimating was a 2.

The finished product is just beautiful

Neil Ann and her crew were excellent to work with , from evaluating our needs to timely quoting and innitiating the work despite weather issues.

High quality craftsmanship, courteous, fast response. Highly recommend!

Owner Neal Ann Reeves is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Workers were hard working, skilled and polite. Work was done in very timely manner as promised. We compared pavers vs stamped concrete and believe these pavers will look better from beginning and require less maintenance. The cost was lower.
