This company has been nothing but trouble from day one. They brought equipment and left it out in the rain and freezing cold causing issues with the components. When we asked for them to correct this, they sent the same parts back out and tried to put them on our home. Please see the pictures below. They sent inept and unlicensed people to install the system. After being up and supposedly operational, we found out after our electric bill did not decrease that the components for the system were installed incorrectly. We lost months of potential savings with no response from the company (I let them know in January of 2024 that it was not working) we were told it was because there was no or little sunshine and then it became that we didn't have a battery. Neither of this was the case as they had installed improperly. And though we paid for the battery in December and had a battery that was listed on the contract, they could not get the battery so gave us a cheaper and less valuable battery. They said they could not get the battery though I paid for it in December 2023. We did not get the lesser valued battery (and It took way longer than what they told us it would take and our system is still functioning improperly after nearly 8 months post installation. We were told that they would be here to service and orient us to the system and they have not. For the electricity that we lost we were told we would be reimbursed. We have not. We were told the system is functioning properly but our electrical bill is the EXACT SAME as it has been last year and the year before with no change in our power bill. The staff has turned over so many times that we cannot keep up. The one new hire that said he would help us and that this was completely unfair and needed to be addressed was fired the very next day. This has been the biggest nightmare of my life. It has caused undue hardship on me and my wife and is STILL not resolved. I put a review up months ago and the owner asked that I please take it down because he would make things right....it HAS NOT HAPPENED! It is still not right and now, I have contacted 3 attorneys reaching out to see who will be able to take on our case. I want the panels removed from the roof, the equipment removed, the areas of installation restored to what they were prior to installation and my money back. I will not take down this review. This is a true and accurate statement of what has happened to me. Please HEED MY WARNING AS I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU TOO! Please go to another company. This company took nearly $55,000 of my hard earned money (we had saved for 3 years) to purchase solar panels and NOTHING has been what they said it would be. The salesperson, the owner, the staff have done nothing but ignore, blame others, escape their responsibilities and now I will have to go through litigation to remedy this issue. I have threatened it many times hoping that they would do what is right. It has not happened. At this point, it is important for any and all people reading this to understand that you too will not be happy with their service. It is a misnomer for this company to have a 5 star rating. If I could give zero stars I would. Please see all of the photos, the comments from the owner and a Glassdoor review of the employee who was terminated the day after telling us he could assist us with our problem. The good news...I KEEP EVERYTHING...EVERY TEXT, EMAIL, PHONE CALL LOG (THEY WERE RECORDED) INCLUDING FOOTAGE FROM THE OWNER STANDING IN MY YARD IN FRONT OF THE DOORBELL CAMERA SAYING THAT HE WOULD FIX THIS ISSUE. I have dealt with a lot of people in my life and in my profession and I have never seen such utter ineptness and unprofessional behavior from a business owner. No one runs their business this way.

After interviewing a few local solar companies, we were most impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Mike, the owner. We are so glad we did bc everything went so smooth. Mike and his crew went above and beyond and charged a more than fair price compared with the other estimates we got. My wife and I are loving our new power system all from the sun! Sol farm is the best!

Super nice and easy to work with. Haven't paid for anything electricity on our monthly bills since installing our panels and getting everything up and running.

Came out in a timely fashion and installed our car charger which we purchased from them everything has been top notch!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. No task is too large or cumbersome for him. He is professional but also hilarious. Has a great upbeat personality and works very, very well. He's not greedy and treats both small and large jobs with equal respect. Happy to work with 100+ year-old homes with no problem. I value that he explains things as he goes along. He is knowledgeable about a lot of things and doesn't force one solution on you over another. Very responsive and won't just disappear on you when things get busy, like many people seem to do. Reasonable prices. Seems to handle stress well and is always positive, which is important to me. His team with Oscar and Nick came along with him on a job and were just as wonderful. He has great communication if he is not able to make it on time. :) He doesn't rush jobs, which I really respect. Just a generally good and knowledgeable individual. I wholeheartedly recommend him and SolFarm Solar Co.

I used Home Advisor for my Mom. She needed a light fixture repaired and the young man that came to the house did an excellent job. She said she would not hesitate to call them again!

Prompt service. Made time for giving me an estimate on short notice. His estimate was very fair. Mike seemed quite knowledgeable in what the project entails and instilled confidence in his ability to satisfactorily complete the work.

They are eager to please they do good work - they are well organized.
