"Representative was punctual, extremely professional, and did a great job. He had covers for his shoes so he would not scuff floors or track dirt. This is the second time we have used DB. You can probably find a cheaper price but cheaper does not always mean better."

"I was conflicted on giving an overall of A or B but ultimately decided to go with B.  The technician was very nice and even called me earlier than the scheduled time. I was busy so he came at the regular time but I thought it was nice to see that it's possible to get an earlier appointment if they are available.
The repair call was for my oven that was not heating.  The tech came in and did some quick tests to determine the issue.  It happened to be an expensive repair and I decided to go with a new oven instead of fixing the old one.
This is where the B rating comes in.  I understand the need to cover overhead and business costs, but I think $79 is excessive especially since they wouldn't even talk to me on the phone about my issue.  You are committed as soon as you make an appointment.  I do think that the fee is applied to the repair if you go ahead with it.
I guess I've always taken the advertised "free estimates" for granted as standard practice.  i would have been OK with $25 or $30 for an estimate but $79 was too much.
I will be using a different local service with free estimates should I need future repairs.
I can't comment on quality of work because I didn't go with the repair, however the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and I probably would have been happy with the results, just turns out that for me it wasn't worth fixing when I could get a new one for close to the repair cost.  I don't fault Mr. Appliance for that as it was my personal preference.
So the B rating is because I was put off by the estimate (or lack there of) process and cost.

"He came out right away. Very polite and professional. Was Covic19 approved and wore their masks. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I had hired another person before I hired them that came out 3 times and was unable to properly fix the problem. Tim had the right tool needed to do the job. It didn't even take very long. Very impressed will recommend to everyone."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

An architect is usually involved in the process of determining the layout and structural features and requirements of the home itself, taking into account the local codes, climate, and materials needed to make the home structurally sound. Architects may communicate more with contractors and subcontractors throughout the building process. In comparison to architects, interior designers typically focus on the aesthetics of a home interior and possibly exterior, helping the homeowner decide on color schemes, textures, and materials to incorporate into the design.

Above all, the downside to building a new house is a longer timeline. You need several months to finish the build, depending on the supply chain and labor availability in the meantime. Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

Designing a building takes 2-6 months, depending on project size, required permits, and revisions.

You'll find Arts and Crafts homes across the country in varying styles. On the East Coast, bungalows and Tudor Revivals fill the Boston area through New Jersey. In the West, Mission-style homes incorporate terracotta shingles, white stucco siding, and rounded archways.
