"Corky and crew did a beautiful job on our beach home renovation. He and his crew were kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We enjoyed getting to know all of them and would definitely use them again. We are grateful for the time they dedicated to our project. We love our newly renovated home-away-from-home."

"Amazing renovations did a very nice job on my remodel. I was under a time crunch to renovate my rental unit and they started right away and worked very efficiently. I had previously had problems finding a contractor who was available or who would dedicate concentrated time and resources to my job so I really appreciated the level of energy that Amazing Renovations gave right from the start. Additionally, Richie came up with a creative solution for me to create an owners storage room in my garage. I also liked that they were skilled at a variety of tasks with everything from construction to fence installation, etc. They also have a wide array of subcontractors who they work with which was helpful in expediting the project. They also provided a lot of communication, and sought my input on decisions. Their prices I felt were reasonable, and their employees were polite and hard-working. I would definitely use them again."

"Chester is a superbly skilled and talented contractor, more than professional, and a perfectionist in every step of the process from job estimate to final punch list. He really listens to what you want and makes astute recommendations. He's extremely responsive to any phone calls, texts, or emails.
I have contractors in my family but they live on the west coast so I?ve been searching for a great general contractor for quite some time. Thank goodness I found Chester so I could finally get my renovations done!  He?s not only a superior skilled tradesman but his prices are fair and he truly wants his customers to be happy and goes the extra mile to make sure that happens. He has a tremendous crew who are also meticulous and he stands behind every bit of work that is done. They clean up throughout the day and all construction debris is hauled off; none is left for you to deal with.
You don?t need to spend any more time reading reviews ? YOU?VE FOUND THE BEST CONTRACTOR ? call Chester and get your work scheduled! It has been fun and a true pleasure working with Chester! He?s the only one I?ll call for any future renovation work!

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"

On Monday Chuck and the foreman came to start work on the kitchen floor. I was told I needed more tiles so I went and purchased them. When I returned, tile was being laid, I asked if he removed the old tile and was told it wasn't necessary. They came back Tuesday and finished laying tile and when the foreman put the thresholds down it was not level at all. The new tile is thick. I'm not happy with that as it has become a tripping problem. I was told by the foreman to take a wet sponge and wipe the grouting powder the next day as it wasn't worth his while to drive all that way to do. So I had to do it myself with my bad knees. It took 4 months to obtain a receipt for the job.

"Lee and his associate immediately found time to evaluate my project.  Within a day or so we had everything moving forward, with part of the project already nearly complete.  Battling cold, rainy, icy, weather the remainder of the repairs met our timeline, and Lee kept me informed all along the way.  The prices were good, and the work was hard.  But Craftsman Direct came through.  Thank you CD!

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Regular meetings, reviewing drafts, and providing input on materials help align the project with your vision.

Most Greek Revival architecture homes are one and a half to two stories, depending on the footprint, which sets them apart from some Federal architecture homes that are three stories. The gabled roof on the second floor can sometimes cut into the living space, especially on smaller homes of this style, which leaves a much smaller living area upstairs.

Yes, designers collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure a smooth construction process.

Designs typically take 2-6 months, depending on factoring, project size, and customization needs. Larger or more complex designs may require additional time for approval and revisions.

It is technically possible to draw your own blueprints, but the process is extremely involved and really demands help from an expert. A professional architect has an understanding of design elements, interior design, the functionality of different rooms in a home, and how everything from furniture, outlets, and light switches should be laid out to serve you and your family best. Hiring an architect for blueprints can get expensive, but it’s the most responsible way to begin a new construction project. If you’re keen on DIYing, you could consider starting the process and then having a professional take over.
