The team at Elite has provided exceptional service in completing the necessary work in both our bathroom and master bedroom. The guys were very professional and courteous, even suggesting ways to save us money. We were so pleased, that we contacted them again for additional work. Our second work request has been completed as well. The associate also provided very professional and courteous work. Again, making suggestions about the work that needed to be done to better our request and save money. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Pleasant to deal with: From the moment they stopped by to check out the project. Started measuring on the spot. I received an estimate within days. Once a date was scheduled, they promptly arrived. They removed cedar shake shingles, installed the vinyl, removed all debris--all in one day. I am very pleased with their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elite Contracting.

I was very impressed with Elite Contracting’s quality of work. Mike Motto did exactly what he said he’d do and everything was done on time and in a very professional manner. His painters, Adam and Nate were very neat, friendly and courteous. They left my house clean and as orderly as possible. I would highly recommend this company. There not cheat, but I believe you get what you pay for and you definitely do with this company. I also hired him to install my new bamboo flooring.

Mike Motto represents this company. I found him to be honest, fair, responsive in a very timely manner (rare with contractors) and very easy to deal with. If you are looking for the lowest possible price, he is not your guy. Mike and his very professional team WILL NOT paint over rot just to keep the estimate and price down. His guys WILL put two full, brush painted coats on your house and work constantly on the job until it is complete. When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny. A neighbor who is a retired contractor quietly monitored the project in my absence and stated that he did not know of any other company on Topsail Island who was as assiduous as Elite, and he was going to hire him for a large interior job.

I had elite contracted to tear out and pour new concrete driveway, do a total renovation of the kitchen and paint 90% of the house Mike and the team from elite were nothing but professionals. They were trustworthy to leave in my home and complete the project while I was at work. Awesome quality work. Will defiantly be using them again with future projects.

Mike Motto actually reached out to me when He saw I was on Home Advisor for a ready to hire paint job. He is professional and detail oriented. He came out to see what I needed, and had an estimate back to me within a few days, and we were under contract in less than a week from our first meeting. The guys came out to paint and do some drywall and door repairs and all was said and done within 2 weeks of our first meeting. I never thought it would be possible to leave painting professionals in my home unattended working , so I could go to work, but that exactly what I did. Mike assured me that he does a background check on his employees and he is insured as well. I Will definitely hire Elite Contracting again with great confidence!! So should Anyone else (:

I loved working with Mike and his team! Mike is a complete professional who knows what he is doing and that comes through from the moment he walks in. We had a big job - our new home was in desperate need of an update and with Mike's expert guidance, we made the choice to removal all of the popcorn ceilings and paint the entire house at a very reasonable price. I could not be happier with the results and have already recommended Elite Contracting to several friends in the area. We will definitely call Mike for the other work we want to do in the house! Fantastic experience!

I had a huge painting/repair job to a rental house. Mike was excellent to deal with, and I always felt he was trying to do a great job at the best possible price for me. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent experience. We used SBE for hauling construction waste that another contractor piled in front of our home. Professional and conscientious work performed for a reasonable rate. I would recommend SBE and definitely use them again in the future.

Great experience with this company. Michael was able to come out to my house for an estimate within a day of making contact with him. He was then able to get the quote to me within a day or two and start the project the very next week. The project (power washing and staining/painting 2 separate floors worth of deck) was completed in a timely fashion. His crew was professional and friendly. We overall had a great experience and would hire this company again.
