He also fixed a large square cut that water restoration made in my wall to check interior walls and fixed a corner wall from ground to ceiling that had an indented line from settling, instead of replacing. "I donâ t write many reviews but I have to for Juan. I needed my whole interior painted due to flooding. He came over to look at the scope of the job and sent me an estimate that I thought was good. I had several estimates from different companies and I went with the lowest. I was a little nervous because his company had no web presence. But he saw some issues with previous work right away and I felt comfortable with him. I am so happy with my decision. His crew was meticulous in covering my new flooring with paper, repainting previously painted doors that werenâ t done well. I appreciated Juanâ s assistance with paint selection. He is the kindest man! His entire crew is very friendly. My neighbor commented on that! They arrived on time and worked the entire day (my other neighbor commented on that!). Some days there were six workers and all were friendly and nice. When the job was finished, Juan offered to help me put everything where it belonged! They swept and washed the floors! My house is absolutely beautiful now and I canâ t thank him enough. They were so fast that they finished before my money arrived and Juan had to wait a couple days before he was paid in full. He was so kind about it. Everyone who comes in to see the work is awed. And even better, my house is finally livable and beautiful as well."
