They came out promptly and tested our water. Explained the results, made recommendations, and reassured us that the water quality is good, we do not need any expensive treatment equipment- what remedies may be considered could be done by us. This is 10 days later, we followed the recommendations and the odor which caused us to seek help is gone. They know their business and they are honest. We could not be more satisfied and if any issue ever arises we would certainly call them again.

We have very hard water so in order to protect our appliances, pipes, etc. We installed a Kinetico water softener. Love it! Salesman was not pushy, extremely well versed on his priduct and even had a background in environmental sciences. We looked at others including the one everyone knows, but the service and confidence was superior thanks to our sales man Mr. Martin. They have already been back to test our water and to make sure we are happy. A good investment.

They are great, very professional

While they were the priciest, they sell the highest quality systems in the region, and it is worth the extra cost. Received whole-house and single-sink filtration systems that met all our needs.

I was looking for a system that got rid of rust in the water. Mark assured me that this Kinetico system would do just that. I was very skeptical because I was under the impression that water softeners just made the water soft. Mark explained that Kinetico was different. Long story short I t is amazing. The horrible rust smell is gone & the water taste better, it was so bad even the dogs wouldn't drink it. It is just wonderful.

this company doe not "sell" anything. They recommend solutions based on your needs and concerns about your water quality. This is a necessary precaution based on the current state of our water quality now and in the future.
