"LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."

We are specialists in retro fit sink replacements. We also do a lot of re purposing of existing solid surface countertops. Corian, Formica Solid Surfacing, Wilsonart Gibraltar and Livingstone Solid Surface, Avonite, Hi macs and more. We do not repair concrete, laminate, tile, cultured marble or stainless steel countertops. Our minimum job charge is $400.00. Small jobs such as cutting a countertop to shorten in length, caulk replacement only, would fit into this minimum category.

No, you don’t need to remove the old grout before installing new tile over existing tile. In fact, the old grout helps fill in gaps between tiles, creating a more even surface for the new layer. Tile shouldn’t be set tight against the tub. Bathtubs can expand when filled, and they can shift slightly with the weight of occupants.
