Romeo made suggestions, but never pressured us to exceed our budget. He was prompt at returning phone calls and on schedule with finish date. Quality craftsmanship that we'll use again! He is someone you'll want to recommend.

Though ours was a small job, he focused on the detail of our needs. 

From the time we met with him to the finish of our job it was less than a month.  Once he started the work, the project was completed within 2 weeks.

He is easy to work with, very responsible, and follows through. 

Romeo was wonderful from start to finish. Of the contractors we called to do the work, he was the most prompt in returning my calls. He was also very good at letting me know where I was "in line" and when my job would be completed. He was on time and very professional. I thought his work was excellent. I am very, very picky and he exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone. He even went above and beyond. I asked him about a tile problem we were having in our second bath. He used the grout from this job to fix it at no additional cost. He's SUPER!!

Romeo did a quality job. He returned my call requesting an estimate in a timely manner and worked me into his schedule to have the job done by Thanksgiving. When the old backsplash was removed, it revealed a sizable gap between the counter and wall. Romeo offered 3 possible solutions and their approximate costs. I chose to have a 3" tall granite backsplash made to match my counter to fill the gap. Then he installed the tile. Even with the delay, Romeo finished the job within my time frame. The tile looks great! Perfect selection of grout color, too. Changing the backsplash was a key ingredient to transforming my kitchen into a modern, bright workspace. I am very pleased with the result.

He did an excellent job. We are really happy with everything he has done. He cleans up well after himself and is well informed. We called him again to ask him a question about something to do with a basement remodel. We paid about $6,000 for that work. He also did some drywall and plumbing work as well.

He is dependable, shows up when he says he will, finishes the work on time, cleaned up as he went and was very respectful of our property and our job. We had a contract with everything that he was going to do. He does the work himself.

The experience was great from start to finish. They gave a good estimate and helped us save money. They were very friendly and did an excellent job.

For the initial estimate, he stopped by my home when he said he would. Tile is a couple day process due to the initial floorboard, placing the tile with grout to dry, then the grout and new shoe molding. He was very professional, friendly, reachable by cell if needed, and extremely tidy. I would highly recommend him for any kitchen or bath remodel.

Romeo was professional from start to finish. He met all of our expectations and was agreeable when we had a few minor changes. We purchased most of the bigger items ourselves and he was fine with that. He was neat and the work was done in a timely fashion.

I was impressed with Romeo the day he came to give us a quote. He listened to what we needed and gave us good advice and suggestions when asked. I appreciated the fact that he only works on one job at a time. I felt like we had his full attention. While waiting on the tile we ordered, he removed our old shower, the tile around the jacuzzi and the floor. He replaced lighting in the bathroom and kitchen. He did an excellent job laying the tile, which included shower, shower base, around jacuzzi and the floor of the bathroom. Romeo is GREAT to work with! He is professional, honest and reliable. We were thrilled with his work! He always arrived when he said he would and he cleaned up after himself.

Romeo showed up about five minutes early for our quotation appointment. He's a funny, personable guy. He came in the middle in terms of price, but he allowed me to buy my own tile (my wife wanted a special tile) and this was important to us. He even shopped around a bit for the tile we wanted and let us buy it ourselves when we found it cheaper. He did an excellent and timely job despite the freezing temperatures. He even provided a little guidance for me as I was laying some vinyl tile in our kitchen while he was busy upstairs. Thanks Romeo! I hope we can have you back again!

We had a challenge because we had already ordered a new shower enclosure when we discovered damage behind the existing tiles. The existing tiles were no longer available, so we had to have the entire shower and tub area redone. Romeo suggested replacing the drain pan while the tile was out (which we had been considering anyway). It got more complex because the threshold of the new base was not the same height as the old, which meant the glass wall that was to sit on the tub deck would not match up with the shower doors. Romeo came up with an excellent solution and was very precise in his measurements. The shower surround was installed and it fits perfectly! Romeo was very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made recommendations to ensure we would be happy with the result. The quality of his work was excellent. His quote was the highest of the 3 we got, but it was well worth it.

Romeo was able to address most of our needs (for those that he couldn't, he subcontracted the work out - electrical and painting). This was a unique job in that it was a partial demolition and construction of the kitchen. There were some slight unexpected issues that arose, but Romeo addressed them very well given the complexity of the project. He is very pleasant and professional, and always accessible (even on Sundays) if a question or issue came up. We had originally planned to subcontract the project to multiple contractors, so it was wonderful to use one company to address most of our needs! Romeo does all the work himself (although he does use his brother - also a contractor - if the need arises), and it was nice to coordinate all aspects of the project through one individual.

They did a good job and their price was fair. I was very pleased with the work they did. Very professional, and cleaned up well so everything was in good condition. In the future, would use again.

We've been using the new kitchen for six months now and love it! It gets complimented every time someone walks in. Romeo took care of the work himself or hired contractors. The whole job took longer than anticipated but that was largely due to issues with the cabinet company and the house itself throwing us curves. Romeo was professional, had great suggestions, and always made himself available. Definitely recommend!

Romeo Presutti is top notch at what he does. His estimate was by far the best of any I received. He did all the work himself, and in a timely, trustworthy, and professional fashion. You can tell he takes pride in what he does...almost like an art. He transformed my kitchen and bathroom floors into areas that I'm now proud of! (The stained and outdated linoleum that existed previously was just embarrassing). The floors were completed in December, and I just had Romeo back to re-install my toilet, replace my bathroom sink, light and medicine cabinet during the second week of January. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Kitchen Tops and Ceramic Floors for the type of jobs I had done. Besides the prices and work being really, really good, Romeo is a genuinely good, honest person who is not out to take you or your pocketbook for a ride!

ROMEO DOES BEAUTIFUL WORK WITH CULTURED MARBLE AND TILE. HE GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE AND WORKED WITH ME TO STAY WITHIN MY BUDGET WITHOUT COMPRISING QUALITY. (I DID THE MAJORITY OF THE DEMOLITION WITH HIS INSTRUCTION.) THIS IS ROMEO''S 2ND BATHROOM REMODELING JOB FOR ME, AND I''D RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT IN BOTH CASES WAS WITH DRYWALL PREP.
