Romulo showed us why the old concrete cracked and we put in a thicker pad with some fiberglass mesh to prevent the new section from cracking and also used a higher grade concrete. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

"If you want to have your foundation waterproofing job done the right way, then I recommend that you have Dani and Sealtech Waterproofing take care of the project for you. They are extremely honest, hardworking, skilled and professional. When I had their work inspected by the County Building Department, the inspector termed their quality of work as "outstanding". After waterproofing I also had them backfill the foundation which was also performed to the same high standards. Everything was completed at a cost that was more than fair. I first contacted Sealtech because of the good reviews I had read about them, but now I'm happy to make the same kind of recommendation based on my own personal experience."
