"Statesville Masonry was great find! The owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I immediately felt comfortable with him and had the utmost confidence in the work he and his team would do and they did not disappoint! Our patio is beautiful. Statesville Masonry's price was very reasonable as well. Between that, their references from other jobs and their professionalism it was a no brainer. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future for other jobs."

"We selected Hardscapes in late July 2020, and they were able to do the work in January 2021. We knew upfront they had a waiting list. They built a 70 feet long retaining wall as the existing one was railroad ties and it was failing. The new wall looks excellent. It took about a week to do, and it was rough work since it had been raining consistently. I also requested them to redo our stairs in the same area. While I should be most impressed with the wall as it is fabulous, I really love the stairs. It was excellent work. The gentlemen working were all very nice and did a great job cleaning up every day. The neighbors even complimented on how thorough they were with clean up. The owner came to the site every day staying as long as was necessary each day managing the project and reviewing work that had been done and tweaking if he thought it was needed. He was also very easy to contact and responsive if he wasn't on site. The owner appears to take pride in his work which is a very positive attribute. While he was here since we were very happy with the end product we also had him quote us on some other possible projects. In short, while there is a decent wait time, it is definitely worth it."

"communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."

"Benito and his crew of workers did a fantastic job building my 12x20 wood deck. Benito was prompt returning text and phone calls. The estimate was fair and his crew worked hard for two days finishing up the job. Benito is a great guy and will hire him again for future projects."

The driveway was done so well that I contracted him to do a walkway in the back yard. Reynaldo volunteered to stamp the new walkway to match my existing bricks. "If you want to have your foundation waterproofing job done the right way, then I recommend that you have Dani and Sealtech Waterproofing take care of the project for you. They are extremely honest, hardworking, skilled and professional. When I had their work inspected by the County Building Department, the inspector termed their quality of work as "outstanding". After waterproofing I also had them backfill the foundation which was also performed to the same high standards. Everything was completed at a cost that was more than fair. I first contacted Sealtech because of the good reviews I had read about them, but now I'm happy to make the same kind of recommendation based on my own personal experience."
