Craftsman ConceptsJim and his crew did excellent work. They replaced our existing deck and added a new sunroom 20'x12'. Sunroom included two walls of windows, roof with gutters, drywall and painting. The roof is the original to the house and only ~15 years old (Nick had not done the original installation). About five years ago Nick and his crew addressed an issue with the original installation methodology and their fix has been solid to date. I had a few leaks in different areas and again he and his crew did a great job addressing the issues. He gave a fair price, showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner. I plan on replacing the roof in about five years and I will call no one else.

I payed 2,000.00 up front he said it would be 2 to 3 weeks this was in nov. 2 2020 , no call or show , i call them 6 weeks later i ask for a update ,they said they were still waiting on the siding , waited 2 more weeks still nothing so I call back again and ask for a update but time i told them i was going to the BBB and all of a sudden they calling me and telling me they are still waiting on the siding at this point I told them I wanted my money back ,so now they said it will be here next week guess what its next week and still no siding , so i want my money back of we can go to court because i don't trust them to do a good job or they will over charge me now so angie's list what are you going to do about this , it is unacceptable to take your money and then they forget about you , its going on 3 months now i can do it myself faster than they can do it or i can wait until Jesus comes back either way it would be faster than they can do it , so my advice is not to hire them they talk a good game but they cannot deliver

Excellent roofer a great guy. Terry showed up on time and was very informative, helpful and personable. he missed our first scheduled appointments because life came up. But he more then made it up by offering to repair our problem for free. I asked him lots of questions and he was more informative than the other roofers, he also quoted us a fair estimate, cheaper than another roofer.
