It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."

Professional, polite and offered assistance that evening. Forecasted temp was to be 19 degrees. We said tomorrow was fine. Said they’ll come at 9:00a. Arrived on time. Pump is 400ft. Pulled the pump. Diagnosis-wire was frayed. Gave us 2 options. (Pump was installed in 2005) Could repair wire or replace pump. (easily could of said pump was bad) I wouldn’t of known if it was bad or good. Jonathan and Chris were honest and professional. We decided to replace the pump. By 2pm, job completed. Entire area was cleaned. When Jonathan gave us the invoice, he explained all details. Today, is January 23. No issues. SO impressed with everyone, from the lady who answered our call, to Jonathan and Chris. I recommend DOBY 110%."
