Meranda Harris was the customer service representative from the call center and she was amazing. I was recently told I would receive help after hours and she informed me that was misinformation. Without hesitating Meranda offered alternatives to make it right. She didn't stop until she was able to dispatch service immediately. She connected me with Pierce Lollis and Christian and they provided the best service from informing me as a new home owner to top notch professionalism hands down. 10 out of 10, I would recommend!

Can not do full plumbing job on exterior wall, he told me he could not drill a hole to tell me where the leak was. They could not open the wall to find the leaking damage.

Hal and Jose with Ease came in and corrected someone elseâ  s mess! They listened to understand. Checked out the issue and then quickly quoted the repair. I shouldâ  ve gone with Ease in the first place!!! The price was the best it could be with the mess they had to fix. They were on time for the quote and the work and worked quickly and thoroughly once the job started. I would hire them again and again! Very trustworthy and respectful! Hal even quickly fixed my slow drain he noticed as he was checking his work!

Cord and Buddy were extremely helpfuln and made all options for repair clear and all pricing put on the table up front. They were quite fast and explained the work as it was being done. I have used this company in the past and they were reliable then and nothing has changed.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
I needed service foe a small office building. The main drain was plugged up. This call was responded by the Matthews area group. I told the dispatched that the whole building was down and needed help ASAP. In an hours time we had 3 trucks responding with every thing they need with them to correct our plumbing issue. I know if I ever need this type of service again, who to call EASE PLUMBING!

My husband's toilet had been leaking and causing the water to come on every minute or so to fill the basin. They came quickly and had it fixed in no time. Great guys. I needed the water lines changed but couldn't afford it at the time. They gave me an estimate I can use later. Prices seem a little high, but then I haven't used a plumber in a while.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Ease plumbing came to a rental apt. to fix a clogged drain in the kitchen. They found all drains were slow. They removed 5 clogs from the outside and all drains are now working without and issues. Ease was easy to work with, very responsive and proactive in keeping me informed of their progress. Hats off to Trent the plumber who fixed it!
