"I had two trees fall on my detached garage and destroy it. They demolished what was left. The items that could be saved were stored in a POD until it could be rebuilt. They did an amazing job rebuilding it. It looks better than it ever did. Also they helped me deal with the insurance company which saved me a major headache. "Joe Marshall brought in some subcontractors: great guys, very experienced. When they came, the came to WORK, and they worked really hard and really well. Making over my garage will be a 3-phase job, and this was just Phase One: Dry wall, ceiling fan, and a waterline/sink into the projected bathroom. Great communication between them and me, great job, and I always knew what to expect. The garage looks good, all sheetrocked and the walls painted with trim, and they put a shut-off valve on the waterline, which is very convenient. They put in little details like that, very experienced, very professional."

"This husband and wife team is first rate. We had a banking issue at the start of our project. They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business. And David works 7 days a week. If he makes a project commitment, he keeps it. They are delightful people who I am looking forward to working with again."

"Jimmy came out and was very personable. Spent 10 minutes looking at the job, and then promised a quote. I called back two weeks later and he mumbled something and promised a quote. Two weeks later and nothing. If you are too busy - just say so - don't string customers along so you have business down the road. My doorway is completely nonfunctional and I expressed a need for some speed. I really would far rather have written a review about the great work - but I am searching for a new contractor. It usually takes 4-10 weeks to get a custom door in, so now I am looking at January/February rather than December like we would have been talking if I had gotten some timely responses. I have no idea how good his work is - for those who eventually do get serviced it seems like it was acceptable. I do notice all the good reviews are WELL over a year old... he was actually a really nice guy. Hate writing these reviews - but I would hate it even more if I am waiting here because other people had the same experience and decided not to share... I think the "fair" rating of 3 is a early Christmas gift given my experience. Essentially - nothing has been done on my project for nearly six weeks while I waited for... nothing"
