Wade convinced me that he could landscape my yard and we signed a contract for the north side of my yard for a little under 5K, for him to excavate a tree and weeds, lay weed barrier and mulch, and plant flowers and trees. While excavating the north side of my yard, under the contract, Wade took it upon himself to also excavate the south side of my yard - without any discussion or a contract, leaving me with pressure for me to pay over 5K in additional expenses for materials and labor to plant grass. Wade never planted the grass so after ~5K in additional unplanned expenses the south yard looks exactly like it did prior to all the unplanned expenses and work - just a ?forest? of weeds :(. Despite multiple requests, Wade has not finished this work or refunded me, and now with all the weeds regrown I?d have to start over!

Wade gave me a quote of 17K to paint the exterior of my home. I also obtained 5 additional quotes that I shared with him. After I agreed to hire him, he increased the quote to 24K, matching the highest quote. I still decided to move forward and paid the 12K deposit. On day 2, he increased the price again by 6K, saying one wall of cedar couldn?t be repaired and needed to be replaced. When I had questions, genuinely trying to understand the 6K price increase, Wade flew into a rage - yelling, cussing and name calling and said to me ?all you home owners care about is your petty money and don?t understand that things come up.? After much consideration, I asked Wade not to proceed, and asked for a refund of my 12K deposit. Unfortunately, he had already spent the funds elsewhere. Due to no other recourse options available, I was forced to open a dispute with my credit card company that they found in my favor and I was able to get my 12K back.

Wade and his team did an excellent job painting our rental home! They showed up on time and were very kind and got the job done in a timely manner. I recommend Oceana painting to anyone who is in need of painting services.

Wade did excellent work. I've utilized him to remove popcorn ceilings in my home, he's painted the exteriors of my 3 times over the past 20 years. And painted the exterior of rental properties over the years. Highly recommend.
