Triangle Classic Homes IncIt's not often you close on a custom home and have nothing but wonderful things to say about your builder, but that's exactly what happened. And in the middle of a pandemic! In fact, we parted ways with two builders before even getting to Carl and Ron at Triangle Classic Homes. But once we did, they made the process easy from beginning to end. They were extremely communicative no matter my preferred mode of communication, fast, and reasonable. Something to note is that my husband has worked in new home construction his entire career, and said it was the best framing he'd ever seen. I wouldn't think twice about working with Carl and Ron at Triangle Classic Homes again in the future. In fact, we're already dreaming of detached garage. So it might be sooner than later.- Traci T.

Cochrans Custom ConstructionBryan was amazing. It was an emergency situation for a Halloween wedding. He responded same day. Worked off a picture that I had in mind and had it finished in 2 days. We got a lot of wind and rain and without me asking, he stopped by just to ensure it was still good to go which of course it was. I will definitely reach out any time I have a project!!!- Sonia D.

At the time, I was living in another state and had full confidence that my home would be a superior project under Mike's guidance and direction. Eleven years later my home is still standing. Individuals who visit my residence marvel at the construction, details and features that mark Mike's gifted abilities. Most importantly, Mike is an honest man and a person of integrity. In an industry where many builders produce a inferior product or "cut corners", Mike did not subscribe to those devious business practices. Mike was entrusted with the biggest financial investment I had ever made while I lived in another state. Some individuals thought I foolish to place so much trust in this contractor. HOWARD CONSTRUCTIONIs it crazy that I can’t say enough good things about Howard Construction? Jeff Howard was the third contractor I hired for the renovation of the lower level of my house. The renovation included a family room, bedroom and full bath. He took the time to understand my vision and my budget. In spite of the disaster others had left, he could see what needed to be done. Jeff found structural issues I was unaware of, and created solutions that didn’t break the bank. He made several suggestions that gave me much better results than I could have imagined! His workmanship is impeccable, taking the time to make sure every detail was right. The results are worthy of magazine pages! Because the renovation turned out so well, I have hired Howard Construction to do an addition that will include a new kitchen, large pantry and work-out room. It is going well and I will post a follow up when the project is complete.- Billy C.

Triangle Classic Homes IncBuilding our farm, which included a barn and new home, with Carl and Ralph was one of the best experiences of our lives! Every trades person performed their work with great skill, professionalism, and efficiency. We've never seen such a clean jobsite throughout the project. Carl and Ralph respond immediately to phone calls, texts, and emails. They met every request and often went above and beyond. We do not have one complaint about this experience. This farm is superbly built with high quality craftsmanship. We highly recommend Triangle Classic Homes, and wish we had another house to build with them!!!- Barbara H.

Johnny R Powell Construction Co LLCI first found Johnny when our stone exterior wall leaked and rotted out the entire front wall of our home. Few people were interested in a small ($8k) stone job in our small but booming area. Johnny went up the next day and came up with a plan to remove as little as possible, saving us about $5k. At the same time, we had an internal supply line leak 30k gallons of water from the 3rd floor, completely devastating the entire home. Fortunately, Johnny was already up there and jumped on it right away. He doesn't make a big deal out of things and thinks creatively to find solutions to save time and cost. His crew was a nice group of guys and we got the entire place remediated and restored in under 3 months. He communicated frequently and was very responsive. Super nice guy. John is the best! I think he loves the challenge of doing a job right and will not stop till he figures out what that takes. We had old and rotted windows and door leak issues on a 27-year-old house -- John figured out the best way to replace and repair them, and then got everything installed and repaired perfectly. Second time we have worked with John, and we would go to him first for any subsequent work. Very highly recommended.

Joe came right away to get us a free quote after a housing inspector stated we had a potential water leak around our garage door that needed to be fixed before closing. Joe investigate it right away, no leak, the builder used treated wood and a chemical reaction has started. We have our reasonable quote which our buyers are happy with and they'll be calling Joe to schedule the work once they move. THANKS JOE!!!

We chose Platinum to paint our home in Nags Head, NC. It was a fairly complex job, and involved old and damaged siding, plus many porches, eaves and gables. Weather is always a factor in OBX, and there was an immutable deadline to meet despite high winds and rains. Platinum worked closely with us to coordinate best painting “windows” and access to the property. Their crews were professional and amazingly hard working. Debbie was always available, and addressed any questions, and was meticulous. The project finished as needed, and the results were beautiful. Kudos to Platinum.
