"The actual roofing job in 2014 went fine. We were pleased with the initial work and the price. However, the company’s follow up is sorely lacking. They responded when we had a concern about some of the new roofing within a couple of weeks. Our second issue it took much longer to get a response from them. Now in 2019, we have been trying to get them to come and check out our roof for hail damage. We can’t get anyone to call us. Just some texts and passing off of responsibility. Their customer service is poor."

Permitting, construction and resulting certificate of occupancy processes all went very smoothly. "Kent and his crew did a good job for us. Kent is very knowledgeable and makes sure the work that is done is of excellent quality. They replaced interior and exterior doors, all windows, wood siding and installed PVC trim. They also installed LVP throughout the home, painted almost the entire interior and exterior of the house. They also did complete bathroom remodeling, including building a new tiled stand-up shower with a built-in niche and bench. In addition, Kent's team installed an entirely new kitchen including appliances. They also did pressure washing of the deck and replaced some fence boards around the pool. All of the work they did was good quality, I would recommend Kent and his crew for any projects that you would like to have done."

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had
a few things that we wanted to get done to the house before we moved in. From
Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.
