I know I gave Steve Daughtry 5 starts but he deserved them. I usually do not like to give reviews either. He came to my house the same day I contacted him and he solved the issue with my AC unit. He actually called me twice before i was able to discuss the issue with him. I feel the cost for the repair was fair and extremely clear why and what the repair was. I recommend Daughtry Sercices to anyone with HVAC issues.

Steve came by within a few hours of my contacting home advisers. He very patiently explained exactly what was going on and demonstrated to me which parts needed to be changed out, being cost conscious to not perform any work that wasn't needed. We will definitely work with him again.

Steve was very helpful in that he was able to fit us into his busy summer schedule to come out to our house on the afternoon of our first call, and didn't even charge an emergency or trip fee since we were local. He figured out the issue quickly, and didn't try to fix something that wasn't broken. The fact that he is a local Johnston County owner/operator is a plus too, because we get to support our neighbors and the local economy. Great Job!

Overall - good, professional service. Steve was very responsive and got the issue resolved in under a day. One downside would be the cost - they charge a visit fee in addition to the cost of the work.
