Nick my technician came out, professional, Thorough, and willing to go the extra mile to help solve my issue. He explained to me the cost up front, with. I hidden fees. He was committed to finding root cause issue, and coming up with a game plan to reach the goal. Wanted to make sure I was happy with the work before he left. Job well done.

Jonathan and AJ were great and got my problem taken care of. Cleared a drain clog with the hydrojet. Kept me reassured throughout the process and educated. If I ever have a problem with my plumbing I will always call this company first.

Not super impressed, and cannot recommend. Came out for a clogged mainline and they fixed it, but only after trying a more expensive option first. My options were never fully explained to me, otherwise I would have chosen the second option (which was cheaper) but he was certain would fix the issue. It did fix the clog in its immediacy, I just ended up paying for two services (one of which didn’t work) so was out an extra $800. To add to this, when the technician reattached the water supply to the toilet, they did not notice the water supply was leaking which resulted in me walking into a puddle in the bathroom the next day and needing to repair the impacted baseboards. Additionally, no effort was made to verify the clog was fully cleared using any sort of imaging equipment, visual confirmation of water flowing seemed to be enough. Not shockingly, the clog reappeared just a few weeks later. Rest assured, I called a different company with actual plumbers who have helped find the true cause and bothered to verify their solution worked. Two stars because they did actually come out and correct the water supply issue promptly and with no charge, but ultimately this is a company I would not recommend. I feel like I was treated as a sales opportunity and not as a customer who had a problem that needed to be solved.

Called Rob this morning in need of a clogged drain to be cleared. Happened to have a technician already in the neighborhood on his first job. Andreas arrived after completing that call and was able to clear it out. Andreas was awesome! Crushed it! Thank you Zoom Drain, Rob and Andreas! Saved the day!

They came out super quick the next day, handled everything we asked of them, and kept in constant contact. They were really great.
