It went really great. The technician was very knowledgeable and very personable. I called him on a Friday around lunch time and they came right out within 30 minutes to an hour.

Brian was extremely polite and thorough.  He pulled the old nasty pump out (that was not working) and replaced it with a new one.  He explained all warranty info to me and fitted new pump with all needed piping.

No complaint on quality of repairs. Price was high $317. Workers did not arrive at promised time and had to come on second day to complete work. Workers were pleasant. I will compare prices before next repairs and not just depend on Angie's list for reference.

The main line was clogged and we were personally unable to clear it with our 250ft snake. There was a huge amount of backup that had flowed into all three of my tubs and some of the sinks...I quickly found them in the phone book, checked their rating and called...they were here within two hours!! This company does high pressure cleaning through the pipes which ultimately didn't work at first. We located the main line cleanout in the basement but couldn't find the one outside...they went through the man hole and was able to trace the cleanout that is located outside in a matter of 5 minutes (I was impressed). The cleanout was buried under ground, the men went right to the spot and started to dig and behold, there it was!! They began to clean the pipes starting at that end, and did get my pipes back in excellent working order. They worked on cleaning my lines for about two and a half hours and fixed my outside cleanout where it is now ground level. The original price quoted was $248 and so was the end price! The level of service was superior in my book but for them to do all the extra work to locate and the added time it took to repair, not to mention the disinfectant and clean up they did in my basement I felt as if the cost would have and should have been increased (that's happened in the past with other contractors) but it wasn't. They told me they would not have given up because this is what they do...and might I add they do it well!!!

Nothing stood out. This is the first time I've had it done so I don't really know what to expect but it was adequate.

They were efficient, professional and friendly. The cost was more than I was expecting, but what doesn't cost more these days.

Overall it went well, for the amount invested. We had the sidewalk removed prior to them arriving. They completed the job in two days because it needed to be inspected, so it took longer than one day. The yard did need to be cleaned up when they were finished, and there is still a clean out pipe that needs to be cut down. The workers were not the same guys as Tim who was the one who gave the quote. My husband was there when they did the work and he wished they had been a little more prepared as they had to leave to get the pipes and he thought they should have come prepared with them. I think that was a small thing overall. We received multiple quotes from other companies that were 3-5x what this company charged. I was so happy to not feel taken advantage of & I think this is a good company to use, especially if you are on a budget.
