"Original install was fine. Unfortunately after 4 years the compressor went bad. We had a written 5 year warranty through him since it was an almost new used unit. We were told that the compressor was covered but not the refrigerant which was going to be close to $1,000 dollars. He supposedly had it ordered. Checked back a week or so later, and he said he would look into it. That was the last correspondence. He would not answer or return phone calls. Now we get to pay someone over $3,000 to repair it. Not recommended."

He made every effort to assess the problem and devise a solution. Before noon the following day, a new water heater was installed in our condo. He showed genuine concern for our situation, as our daughter was down with some friends for a weekend in New Bern. It could have been a rough time for them were it not for Kenny's help.
