Was recommended this company and so glad we decided to use them. We were extremely satisfied with the initial visit with Geoff, his explanation of what all our options were, ti fitting us in a tight schedule so we could continue with a scheduled delivery of a custom ordered shed. The crew was on time, professional and were so wonderful to interact with as they worked in our yard for 3 days. Will be using their services again soon but to replant trees that are hardier to the storms and weather we get in New Bern!

Geoff and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable with the work they were doing. They took the time to look over the job they were hired to accomplish and proceeded to safely remove all required branches. Very professional and courteous crew. Having a certified arborist definitely a plus. I needed to trim some trees and have one I knew was damaged removed. Geoff noticed a tree that looked perfectly fine to me, and recommended it be cut down. While I was hesitant at first, I agreed to remove it. As the tree was being cut, the damage to the inside of the tree was evident. With an active hurricane season expected, so glad I listened to him. The crew was amazing, taking every precaution not to damage the yard or the roof, as the trees removed were extremely close to the house. All branches were shredded, logs removed and the yard was raked. Would highly recommend.

It seemed expensive at first. Proved competitive vs other quotes. They were very efficient removing 11 very tall trees avoiding any damage to property mine or neighbors. Very careful dismantling trees. Were here for 4 days, cleaned up daily with minimal damage to lawn. Excellent crew.

I have a 50â Water Oak in front of my house that I do not believe had ever had any trimming and thinning in the past. From Geoff performing the estimate and Stephen and the crew cutting, shaping and thinning my tree I could not be happier, They were efficient and friendly, checking in with me several times to see if I had any input, clean up of the property and safety for community residents was suburb. Badger will be my go to tree service for any future needs.

During a storm a large cedar tree fell on my home. I reached out to several companies and ended up using these guys, Geoff was very informative and knowledgeable about working with our home insurance to ensure the large tree was removed safely and without additional damages to my home. He worked with the insurance company to provide all the details they needed including drone footage before and after removal. He supported me after in my pursuit of getting documentation and information for the damages to the roof of my home as well as provided me with a contact for another vendor to take care of my roof. I would strongly recommend this company if you are seeking tree removal services and especially recommend if there is an insurance claim involved. He is very familiar with working with insurance to ensure all the information is available for them and it made my life so much easier. The crew was amazing as well.

There is no substitute for expertise, experience and professionalism. This company had all 3. We were extremely pleased with the tree removal, tree planting and cleanup. We were impressed as well as our neighbors. We will employ them again. We highly recommend the company.

Badger Tree Svc did an excellent job cutting and removing several trees. They arrived on time as scheduled, crew was professional and courteous, and they left our property cleaner than it was when they started. Geoff was great to work with through the whole process. Highly recommend them!

Badger was with us all the way ,did a French drain and built the driveway and extend it and added the driveway with underground channels for the water to flow though the ditch.He does have all the heavy equipment to do the job and that is a big plus in itself.We had about 5 trees cut down and the tree line spray to kill the weeds that was taking over .They planted grass on the back and front yard we used the mulch from the trees he cut ,it was nice but not to our liking for that part.did a beautiful job on the flower beds he is very precise on how he wonts the job and most of all he listens to the Clients and help make their dream landscaping come to life

I was really pleased with Badger Tree Service. Geoff is friendly, listens to the customerâ s needs and goals, and is professional in his approach. I live in the woods and have lots of trees to contend with. I love the trees. I love the shade. I love the woods. Most of them, we let do their natural thing, but some close to the house need some special attention. After my first experience with this crew I am confident in the degree of attention they give every single phase of their work, from cutting the trees, ensuring they donâ t damage septic tank / lines, etc., to dropping the limbs in safe places, preserving surrounding trees, to taking care of their own safety as well as any others around (me!), and cleaning up. They all communicated well with me to ensure they were doing what I wanted done. Two or three of the half dozen or so trees I wanted done in a particular way. There was no â we are the experts; go to the house!â attitude. It was, â we are the experts; help us see what do you want done and lets communicate to plan how best to meet those goals. There yaâ go! The entire crew was friendly, helpful, and professional in their approach. I was quite impressed. They conveyed as sense of enjoying their work with trees, which I appreciated. Iâ m sure I will need tree work every few years and I am confident they are willing and able to do what I need. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone who wants top quality work.

Badger Tree Services has all the light and heavy equipments needed to complete the job. The job performed at my property was completed on time, well done, and safe. I highly recommend this company to any one needing tree services.

They were professional, quick, did complete cleanup. They also went out of their way to save my small Magnolia tree that we thought would come down while they were downing our large pine tree. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs tree work.

They are very professional and courteous. Did exactly what I needed which was pruning of my 4 huge trees and removal of a couple small trees and stump grinding. They did a superb job. Will call them again for all my tree services!!

The crew was very professional and friendly. They worked and did clean up. Each day that they worked, they made sure they left the yard livable. I am hoping to have them back to take out several more trees soon.
