Original install was fine. Unfortunately after 4 years the compressor went bad. We had a written 5 year warranty through him since it was an almost new used unit. We were told that the compressor was covered but not the refrigerant which was going to be close to $1,000 dollars. He supposedly had it ordered. Checked back a week or so later, and he said he would look into it. That was the last correspondence. He would not answer or return phone calls. Now we get to pay someone over $3,000 to repair it. Not recommended.

Upon removal of flex duct discovered that only flex duct had mold. Not hard duct. Called Sam to get refund. Was told I couldn't get refund because they paid cash to there supplier and they would not take it back. Also that they don't do enough duct work and it would be sitting around there shop. I found box they delivered items in and had there supplier information. I called and was told that they would take it back,but it was purchased with card and money would have to be put back on card. Cost was 900 and 1000 for items. Called Sam back told him what I found out about card instead of cash, difference in 1440.00 and 900- 1000 dollars, and the supplier would accept items back. He said that the regularly increase price, and I would have to talk to Jeff Young. So I called Mr.Young explained to him. He said he would have to look at invoice and get back to me. Didn't call back after several attempts got him back on phone said hadn't had time to look at invoice would call me back. Tried calling him numerous times with no answer. Finally son answered phone handed it to Mr. Young he told me he was waiting on call from his supplier (the person I spoke to). Never did call me back. I called the supplier (same guy) said he did know he was supposed to call him. I cannot get Mr. Young on phone. Appears to have blocked my number. Goes straight to voice mail. Bottom line is this company increases prices for parts, refuses to do refunds ( not told or on receipt), and lies. I do recommend doing business with this company.

Jeff was very responsive and called to arrive ahead of time to make sure he could get the correct connection kit for our logs.  He arrived and made a quick inspection to verify what was needed and returned a short time later with the correct parts to do the install.  He got everything installed to our satisfaction and even cleaned up after himself.  

My wife and I were very happy with the results.  In chatting with Jeff prior to him leaving I found that this company also does electrical work and asked to have one of their electrical technicians to come out next week.  

Jeff was very prompt and respectful.  He installed the logs quickly and efficiently.

 Heat pump stopped working so we had no air conditoning on a hot summer day.It was a weekend and Jeff was here within an hour after talking with him. Some wires were burnt out and he had it fixed in a littlle more than an hour. Was really pleased with his work and the price, put his phone number in my book.

Please see above. As I said, Jeff and his crew are puctual, efficient, knowedgeable and well priced. I could not have asked for anything better.

Jeff called the morning of the appointment to make sure that it was okay that they arrived early - and I said absolutely.  They arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned and went right to work.  In just under an hour they had finished.  It was that simple.  Jeff and his helper were punctual, courteous, and professional.  They always took extra care to ensure my big dog didn't get out of the house when they had to grab tools. When it was done - Jeff added up the parts that he had bought at Ferguson, and they were under the estimate - and came in at $125.  One hour of work was an even $100 for the 2 of them.  This is what I expected and wanted all a along- an honest plumber who's charges were simple to understand.  Final total $225 I thanked Jeff and they left- and imagine my surprise when I went downstairs to get a photo for this report and there on top of the filter housing was an EXTRA filer that had come with the kit. I could not be happier with the quality of work, attitude, and professionalism of Carolina Environmental Services.

My project was a little unusual and complex, however Jeff happily accepted the challenge and was very patient and professional during the entire process which actually required multiple trips to my home. I would without a doubt recommend his company to anyone needing this type of service. After working personally with Jeff, I would also trust him to come into my home without my being there as he is a very honest and trustworthy person. I am very satisfied with the job he did and the quality of his work.

Jeff was professional and polite. He explained and fixed the issue with the fireplace as well as doing some clean up. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Jeff and his assistant did great work on installing two ventless gas logs sets for me. They were timely, very clean and everything works as expected. The price was great.

Jeff called to set up the install and was prompt when coming to the house. He was able to come in and set up the logs in no time.
