Paul is very friendly answered all my questions. He assessed the situation of my water heater unit. Gave me a very fair price than all the other guys in the market. He left to acquire the required parts and returned to complete the work. Very professional. I would recommend him. I would use his service again if there’s something.

I had used Paul in the past to run a gas line into my previous home's laundry room. He did a great job so when it came time to do the same thing in my new home I contacted him. After several back and forth messages, he finally made it out to my home to do a quote. He then said he'd be back the next day to do the work. The next day I never heard from him and wasted a day sitting in my new home (hadn't yet moved in) waiting. Finally heard from him - he had an emergency to deal with. Set up another time. No show, no call, no responses to multiple text messages even though I received "message read" receipts. After all of this, I went back and low and behold I still had the text messages from 2014 when he had installed my previous gas line. From the first day he was supposed to show up and do the work until the day he actually showed up and did the work - 20 days passed. I like Paul and would have preferred to post a positive review, but he is totally unreliable and disrespectful of other's time. A simple phone call or text message letting me know that something came up on any occasion would have been fine with me - I'm flexible. However, he made this process so painful that I finally just hired another company and got the work done that week (responsiveness and all).

Was totally pleased with the service and professionalism.  Sorry it took me so long to write this review.  
They are so knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and I would use them over and over again.  
My heating and air conditioning bills have decreased considerably and the hot water heater is top notch!!!
Left everything clean and working properly!!
Can't thank them enough!!
Have had no problems, but if I did, I know I would call them and am sure I would get immediate results.
