After it was installed it was discovered I had a wiring problem to the thermostat. The owner was called and he was quick to diagnosis and fix. This is a small family owned company. The workers sent were good and the owner is quick to respond. Everyone was knowledgeable.

I always use MARSH HEATING & AIR and they're excellent. They're not a national franchise and they're excellent. I've used them multiple times. It's been a wonderful experience.

I run my business from my home and rely heavily on AC to keep my computer servers cool. When the 25 yr old 3.5 ton AC/Gas Pack unit died, I had to act quickly. I initially called the service provider who had taken care of us for 20+ years. Though they could respond quickly, the brand/manufacturer they recommended had MANY POOR REVIEWS. I then called Marsh Heating & Air (the owners are members of our church and very active leaders in my son's youth group and Sunday School). Though they had jobs backed up until late August, they were able to make some calls and fit me in. Within 24 hours, we had a new 3.5 ton AC/Gas Pack manufactured by the #1-rated company in the industry and I was BACK IN BUSINESS! The cherry on top was that it was $500 cheaper than what my previous service provider had quoted! The crew who did the work, led by Albert, was TOP NOTCH and they stayed until 9pm last night to get the job done right the first time (their day had started at 7am that morning). I recommend Marsh Heating & Air without hesitation or reservation! They have a NEW and LIFETIME CUSTOMER!

We've used these folks for years and have always been pleased with them. If something isn't quite right, they come back & check it out. I feel they are honest and will tell you what to expect. The prices are high, but it seems they are high anywhere for a quality unit. We have gotten higher Seer #s than are required, but it has saved us $ on our utility bills. Roland, the owner, is helpful, personable, and respectful....couldn't ask for a nicer guy. His wife and the others in the office have always been responsive to our calls.

It seemed good. The work did take longer than I hoped but they got it done and they've been good on followups.

The owner of the company did much of the work himself, and he was always there to ensure that everything was done properly. They have great communication skills.

I use them most of the time, but I think, they're sometimes a little slow when it comes to getting appointments. The other members or service providers are just inertia. I think, they do a really good work. I don't have any problems with their work. It's just a little difficult sometimes to get them in, but again, that's because they cancel several of our appointments because they're helping other people with emergency situations. If you have an emergency, that's the place you should go.

Our heater stopped working. I have used Mr. Marsh before and will continue to ask him to help me with heating / cooling items because he is reliable, prompt, professional, and fairly priced.

I've had yearly repairs to my heat pump for the past 4-5 years. Each year a fuse was replaced at a cost of $150-$200, depending on the contractor. I was told 2 years ago that the system needed to be replaced -- that was the year that the fuses blew out twice, 6 weeks apart. Last year I was told and quot;don't turn off your system because it will never turn back on againand quot; and was given a sales pitch for a new system. The system broke down again yesterday (always seems to happen on a weekend!). Marsh came highly recommended to me by the owner of the company that manages my Homeowners Association. I called Marsh this morning and got an appointment scheduled for later today. Mr. Marsh (owner) discovered that the fuses were blowing each year because the and quot;disconnect boxand quot; needed replacing. When the system was running again, I asked Mr. Marsh to check the output from the vents. I never believed that the amount of heat or air was sufficient, which is why the heater rarely would turn off. Other contractors told me there was nothing wrong with the temperature or the force of the air and that I was expecting too much from a heat pump. I admitted that for 30 years I Iived in houses with gas or oil furnaces. I've had heat pumps for the last 30 years. I accepted that heat pumps could not measure up to gas or oil heaters. However, Mr. Marsh immediately recognized that this was a problem not with the heat pump but with the and quot;sequencer.and quot; Even though it was 5 pm and he had three more calls to make and he thought he was finished with my job, he went back into my crawl space beneath the house and replaced the sequencer. I now have warm air rising at least 4 feet. In fact, I'm 5'3and quot; and my hair was blowing from the force of the air.

Over the past 12 years, since last replacing the system, I dealt with 4 HVAC companies, so I'm very glad that I have those companies as comparisons for this review. Mr. Marsh easily rates an A+ in all scoring categories. Above all those things, his honesty and integrity are what set him apart from the others, all of whom I thought were polite and professional, but average. Mr. Marsh knew that I was expecting to replace the entire system. Even knowing that, he did the right thing and replaced only the faulty parts. A new heat pump would have cost about 32 times what he charged me today. In a few years when the system will be at the end of its expected lifetime, Mr. Marsh will have the job of replacing it. In the meantime, he will be doing regular servicing for me. I recommend March Heating and Air with absolutely no resevation. Anyone with HVAV problems should not hesitate to call him first.

R Marsh came and did an inspection ,made recommendations and a few days later I had an estimate. The installers came and installed the first unit Dec 2010 in 1 day. The second unit was installed in January 2011 and was a 2 day job. Everything was done exactly as Marsh promised. Had a little problem with the new thermostat which did not affect the unit working and that was corrected the next day. I will continue to use their services in the future and would recommend them.

Experience was very good. Communication with Marsh was excellent, and they were punctual for both estimate and installation days. The owner came to the site for the estimate work, and for the start of installation work. In addition to giving the best price, Marsh was professional, clean, and we were pleased with all of the work. Marsh came recommended by a co-worker and his family, and we would certainly recommend them after our experience.

I definitely have no issues or any problems with this company at all. I thought that they did an excellent job. Their scheduling was good and they would always show up on time. There was one thing that I had to call them back for and they came to attend to it right away. They are great people and I highly recommend them. I am unsure of pricing because my husband handled that part. I am kind of the investigator while he handles pricing issues. I do however do not think it was bad because he did not complain about it.

The company displayed a very high level of professionalism. They did a great job and we have not had any problems with the new system. The company could have completed the job in a timelier manner. Overall, the quality of work was good.
