"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Staff was very nice to work with. I had to schedule this around other work that had to be completed first and they were very understanding and flexible in getting the attic insulation scheduled. Excellent communication thru the whole process from estimate to installation. The insulation installers were on time and super nice and professional. It was 97 degrees (feels like was 106) the day the insulation was blown in the attic. They worked had, but safely and the finished product was great. It looked like a bed of clouds in my attic space. Reasonably priced as well. I will definitely call again for any insulation work needed."
