"I find it pretty shameful that when I reach out for a quote, I am told that no one will come by unless all homeowners are present. All that says is you are looking for a signature and payment at the time you give a quote. You are losing business and instantly put a s***** taste in my mouth. I have a 4 year old with special needs and a 2 1/2 year old. The roof they replaced was underneath a large outdoor deck and there was little room to work. They were up and down multiple ladders for two straight days, working in tight spaces, and finished the job ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them. They are very diligent, dependable, and meticulous. I would hire them again anytime."
