Many people would have taken advantage of our situation, but Josh worked out the most efficient ways to get the job done and save money whenever possible. He is a problem solver, and when you add the mistakes of the first contractor to the unexpected surprises lurking in a 30 year old house, there were many challenges to overcome. We are very pleased with the final results. Our house is structurally sound again and it looks great.
