When we first contracted the builder to do the house, all went excellent.  The manager makes the deal & than you deal with a site manager /foreman.  The site manager is excellent and very  good at helping. This house was built for  my 82 yr old father and mother  ( my father is retired builder ) . For the money the house is a good price. However because these houses can go up in 3 months or less some quality can be over looked. We had the fortune of building house's so we can pick the faults at time of building . But they did correct them at the time we pointed them out.   The issue is the after care.......  There were faults in  paint work, and  sheetrock which they had prommised to  fix after my parents had moved in.  It is  may 22 2014  and still no one has showed up to correct the issues or called . But when i called they said  the paint work will be done.  Still nothing has been done ! 
 The house went up very quick which was great.  AS for  using them again for another build ?  not sure at this point due to no follow up on fixing the faults.  It is one thing to build a house, but to  take care of your customers after is what makes people remember the company and refer them to others.   I would suggest that if you buy/build a house from this company that you get everything in writing & i mean everything. We had got a general writing contract but there are things not on the contract that the buyer will  shell out more $$$  later .  For example the house picture my dad had picked showed shutters. But not for the back of the house or side.. You have  to pay extra if you want them.  I recommend that if you do buy a house from this company that it is in complete writing:  right down to the  amount of dirt or back fill, grass  etc etc   and i mean everything.  My dad winding up adding around  10k extra to the out the door price.  They do have  one stop shopping there to pick everything at once which is very nice so you do not have to run around  picking out facets etc etc.  Final suggestion  is to hire someone in the field of construction ( maybe someone retired from building )  to  monitor and over see all concepts of the build, it will be well worth it in the long run. Because after you  have paid them it will be very hard to get them to come back..  Be smart & good luck..

I had a detail message and it went away       so bad experience a year later  water under home  mold  celling have waves not smooth  redone 5 times   no one comes out or communicates    I should of never  

signed papers to close then the bank would be on them
