We called in a local structural engineer, Bill Wingate, he assessed the project and said he worked well with Falcone. I called them and they came down and confirmed Mr. Wingate's opinion and e-mailed me an estimate. It was very close to what I expected considering the work that was to be done. They scheduled me and I paid them the deposit. They came in (Tom and Dan) and got right to work. They were very kind and answered all of my questions and their politeness was only outdone by their focus on doing an excellent job. They overcame any structural imperfections in the home's original design. When Mr. Wingate came in for a final walk through with Tom and I he said everything was correct and that they had done a great job. You can bet that I will recommend, without hesitation, to my neighbors. Thank you is not enough for Tom and Dan. They put their best foot forward. I am very pleased."

"The estimate visit was thorough and estimator explained the process to level two sections of our composite driveway. Post-contract signing, repairman came out about a week later, leveled the driveway and repaired the joints between the sections. "The work went extremely well.  As the job progressed he offered suggestions on how to make the overall job better,  Mike suggested a change in the stairway railing construction which turned out amazing.  He also suggested the crows nest deck railing system be changed to a custom made wood painted system because of the uniqueness of the location.  We decided to add painting all the house trim and fascia after the work started.  Mike seamlessly took on this addon.  Based on the emailed pictures the house looks outstanding.  He takes pride in his workmanship.  Mike is also diligent on project cost control.  He got competitive bids on the "Tamrail" deck railing system and achieved significant cost savings.  Overall the project is on time and under budget.   We have subsequently asked Mike to do a couple more smaller maintenance and upgrade projects.  Mike says he doesn't necessarily do the job the easy way, but rather he does it the right way.   We highly recommend Mike...he was a pleasure to work with.

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had

Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
