"Would be 5 stars based on the crew, but we had problems with the lead up to the job, which started 3 weeks late based on the salesman not understanding the scope of work and promising something that wasn't possible. The Friday before work was supposed to start, Gustavo (the supervisor) came to look at the job and let me know it would not be able to be accomplished the way we wanted. He worked with the Engineer (Scott) to figure out a way-ahead. Once the plumbers moved some interferences, the crew started. Eduardo (foreman) and his team (Jorge and Hector) did an expert job. They communicated each step of the way, were respectful of the inside of the house, took no shortcuts, and cleaned exceedingly well at the end of each day. These guys were top-notch! The best of the best! We were able to accomplish the first three of our goals: 1. Stabilize the house 2. Gain room in the basement. 3. Get lift to make the house [more] level. 4. Recover the existing beam for use over our fireplace."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The tile work was using travertine natural stone with a lot of high end detail. The price shown was labor only I provided all of the materials as I wanted a higher quality of stone than could be purchased in the Outer Banks. Michael did an outstanding job. In fact my husband commented that he had never seen such perfect grouting on a listello before. He removed all of the old stuff and no damage to the house although there was a lot of tile dusts use to it being natural stone. My only issue was that the job took longer than either he or I anticipated. I wish I had given him a absolute need by finish date before starting. "Estimated cost for bathroom was $575; final cost was $700 due to additional problems encountered with floor supports. Returned later to fix a buckle in the vinyl near the door. The bathroom floor looks good. Mr. Hargrove had some problems getting into the house because my renter was not always there and I live 150 miles away.

"The Tech was polite and respectful; he was very knowledgeable and was determined to find the issue of the leaking water from our common shower to the bottom level of our home."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.

"In September of this year my wife and I bought a home near Cedar Mountain. We had
a few things that we wanted to get done to the house before we moved in. From
Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.
