"Our experience with Falcone has been FANTASTIC!!!! The office team were great, Nicole, Esmeralda, Sherry and Melissa were the nicest and friendliest people always keeping me informed on all the comings and goings through the entire process and gave me the comfort that they would take care of everything even when things started going downhill because of other rotten wood issues we have (nothing to do with their work). Fred and Ed were wonderful with giving us estimates and explaining what would be going on from the beginning of the process. The first crews, Tommy and Romulus were great installing the piers that support the house to fix the sinking foundation and they save my plants to boot. The second team that came to repair the rotten wood were fantastic; Romulus (again, yea!), John, Josh and, Antonio have worked on the rotten wood at the front of the house and the back. During all this they found other issues we did not know about that was caused by the water leaks. They worked with the office and senior members (Phil and Mat) to access the damage, get it appraised and gave the best, safest and most affordable suggestions possible which gave me a great comfort level it would be taken care of. If not for the entire team a Falcone our issues would have been so overwhelming I’m not sure I could have handled it but they were there to help with recommendations and they have done GREAT work!!! They kept the place as clean as possible during all the renovations, inside and out. I highly, highly recommend anyone using this team/company to do anything they advertise they do. You will have the best work done, the nicest people doing the work and a comfort level in the end all the work is done safely and competently."

Virginia Foundation Solutions solved the problem very effectively, professionally, and with competitive pricing. After a year, the annual maintenance proved the system installed was correct and remains effective. "The estimate visit was thorough and estimator explained the process to level two sections of our composite driveway. Post-contract signing, repairman came out about a week later, leveled the driveway and repaired the joints between the sections. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The work went extremely well.  As the job progressed he offered suggestions on how to make the overall job better,  Mike suggested a change in the stairway railing construction which turned out amazing.  He also suggested the crows nest deck railing system be changed to a custom made wood painted system because of the uniqueness of the location.  We decided to add painting all the house trim and fascia after the work started.  Mike seamlessly took on this addon.  Based on the emailed pictures the house looks outstanding.  He takes pride in his workmanship.  Mike is also diligent on project cost control.  He got competitive bids on the "Tamrail" deck railing system and achieved significant cost savings.  Overall the project is on time and under budget.   We have subsequently asked Mike to do a couple more smaller maintenance and upgrade projects.  Mike says he doesn't necessarily do the job the easy way, but rather he does it the right way.   We highly recommend Mike...he was a pleasure to work with.

"I had a number of various home repairs, some of which were rather difficult--malfunctioning kitchen drawer slides, garage door/tracks that were not originally installed correctly several years ago, and a broken iron gate hinge that someone else had attempted to fix previously without success.  These and other repairs were completed efficiently and effectively with expert results.  I am very pleased with their work and my garage door opens/closes better than ever!  James and his assistant were very courteous and I will definitely call them again when in need of home repair or improvement.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
