"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. "What they did was good. The gentleman that installed the switches did not check the (2) 2-way switches before he left and I found that one switch would lock the other from turning on. They did have someone come back out and make the repair. My only complaint would be that they put the dimmer switches in inconvenient locations, as opposed to where I requested them to be installed."
