They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect. He was unable to get back on Thursday but he did get there Friday. He did the work that I needed done .I was happy with the work on the trees and he did clean up. I would hire again in needed. His price was good as well as his work.

"I am comfortable with minor wiring projects (hanging a ceiling fan, installing a new light fixture in an existing spot), but new wiring is not something I'm willing to do.  When I removed my old OTR, I realized that the job was beyond me.  I'd used MI in the past, called them up, and got a team out to the house within a few days.  They were in and out quickly, and did the work well.  I will absolutely use them again.  Thanks!
