"Fantastic, Bill and his crew did an excellent job on my deck, sunroom and most recently boardwalk down to the lake. They stayed on the project everyday until it was finished and polished off every little detail. Everyone was always friendly, accommodating and very pleasant. I would hire them again without hesitation!!"

"I had Sergio and his team recently remodel my master bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a dated tub/shower side by side and everything was taken out floor to ceiling and a new larger tiled shower was built and custom shelving replaced the old shower footprint. Sergio worked with me on my budget, they were responsive to all my questions before and during the project and kept their completion timeline. His entire team truly cares about the work they do and it shows in the results I have. I’m extremely happy with the choice I made in a remodeling company!"

"Kell did a great job! He was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He cleaned up after the work was completed and even went above and beyond by taking care of the mess the leaking sink had left on the cabinet floor. I will be calling on Cransten handyman and remodeling for my future needs."

"We are very pleased with our screen porch. Joe told us up front how much the project would cost and how long it would take to complete. The workers did a great job and worked hard to make the vision we had for the porch . It was very helpful that we had other projects in our neighborhood to look at and talk to the homeowners. Overall we are very pleased with the job and the workers."

"Jad at 3:20 Builders remodeled our entire downstairs last year- including a full kitchen remodel and knocking out walls. We were thrilled with the project and how it turned out. Jad and his crew are top notch! They are professional, respectable and hard workers. Jad is quick to respond and always willing to help. He is a man of his word. I will hire them again for our next project."

"Miguel and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for tiling or any other remodeling jobs. They finished my basement and it looks fantastic!"

"Great!!!! The job went flawlessly and would definitely recommend"

"Excellent in every way. The project was the finishing of our basement of over 2,500 square feet including a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, living room, recreation/TV area plus a couple storage areas. All quality work from the start. I submitted my design sketch and requirements to Blake and he gave me a quote in 24 hours over the weekend. Blake and Mark helped refine the design which was a bit challenging with the support poles to work around. We are extremely pleased with the final layout. Mark performed the framing and much of the detail work on site and is extremely neat and quality conscious, making sure the HVAC, electrician, plumber and other subs do things exactly right. The basement was kept clean and orderly throughout the project with trash taken away frequently by cans. No dumpster in the driveway which was great. Mark was good at explaining things and answering my wife's questions. Mark was very helpful as the project was being completed to make sure that the closet shelves and the TV mounting support were all perfectly done . Great attention to details. When Mark was finished we could not believe how clean and neat everything was. We had expected to need to have a cleaning service come in after the basement was complete but it was immaculate. Mark worked til about 9 pm on a Friday night to get everything just right and we moved things down Saturday morning. A great experience. Project was completed a couple months ago and we love it.....no issues or concerns at all. I highly recommend Blake and Mark and would definitely use them again."

"The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."

"Very satisfied with the work done . This team is very professional and provides incredible service , but also with great prices. Beautiful work . Highly recommend to anyone looking to get remodeling work done !"
