"PCS answered our call on the first ring and a time was arranged for them to inspect the rooms that following day. They asked if we were prepared to have the work performed that day, but were not pushy in any way. We authorized them to go ahead once receiving the estimate and a single serviceman completed the work in about 3 hours. We moved any "loose" furniture/objects ourselves out of the house while he was working. The serviceman offered to help on a few of the heavier items. We were told that the carpet would be dry within 2-5 hours, but frankly, portions of it were still wet the next morning. Overall, we were happy with the results. The sofas turned out beautiful. A few areas of the office rug did not come completely clean, but we did not take them up on their offer to come back because of the carpet's age and the fact that it had been damaged by water twice in the past. Not sure that the technician could have achieved perfection. The final bill was a match to the estimate - $190 for the two sectionals, $160 for the two rooms and stairs and $185 for the odorcide and fabric protection. We will call again as we have several tile floors that we want cleaned and sealed. Very kind and professional people at all points in the process."
