"The entire experience overall was excellent. Courteous, professional, and thorough work was performed. Jim worked a good four hours on our carpets, explained everything and made our carpets look like new. The carpets looked so nice and so perfect we hated to even have to walk on them when all was done. Carolina Restoration & Carpet Cleaning are the ones to call when you want the job done right ! "The work went very well. The subflooring was repaired/and or replaced as needed. A paint primer barrier was applied in several coats to each floor. Once dry, the padding and then carpet was laid adding tac strips as needed. The results were great! I would hire this company again."

"First I would like to say he is very professional! We have gone through this cleaning company a few times and have always been satisfied with the job. Our carpets always smell nice and fresh when the job is done! We have a 75lb dog and a toddler so our carpets smelling/looking fresh and clean is always something we look forward too! Overall I would definitely recommend McMillans Discount Carpet Cleaning Service to anybody and will continue getting our carpets cleaned through them."
