I thought they were great. They did a good job, and they know what they were doing. I would recommend them highly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The handyman who came out was very thorough, and kept me informed through the whole process. There were no problems and he was kind.

PCS answered our call on the first ring and a time was arranged for them to inspect the rooms that following day. They asked if we were prepared to have the work performed that day, but were not pushy in any way. We authorized them to go ahead once receiving the estimate and a single serviceman completed the work in about 3 hours. We moved any "loose" furniture/objects ourselves out of the house while he was working. The serviceman offered to help on a few of the heavier items. We were told that the carpet would be dry within 2-5 hours, but frankly, portions of it were still wet the next morning. Overall, we were happy with the results. The sofas turned out beautiful. A few areas of the office rug did not come completely clean, but we did not take them up on their offer to come back because of the carpet's age and the fact that it had been damaged by water twice in the past. Not sure that the technician could have achieved perfection. The final bill was a match to the estimate - $190 for the two sectionals, $160 for the two rooms and stairs and $185 for the odorcide and fabric protection. We will call again as we have several tile floors that we want cleaned and sealed. Very kind and professional people at all points in the process.

There were some really bad pet stains and the PCS cleaning got rid of 90% of the stain/odor. We would have to have paid thousands of dollars to replace carpet. Company very responsive and very professional.

Very thorough job of cleaning. Took their time and moved everything possible. Did not rush through rooms - went over spots multiple times until carpeting looked as good as possible. When they were done there were still a few light spots left - but since I couldn't get them to come up at all with anything I tried (they were blood from a cat with a urinary tract infection), I'm very pleased with a small light brown spot. The carpet was wet when they left, but didn't feel like it had any soapy or chemical residue. Very professional. We were very pleased and would use them again. They even cleaned the rise of each step on the stairs!

Joe arrived on time and got right to work. He is very professional, dedicated, and hardworking. Because I have four dogs, I get my carpets cleaned quarterly. This is the second time I had my carpets cleaned by Joe and once again, they look like new. I also had Joe clean my Travertine stone kitchen floor which has natural imperfections that are hard to get clean. Also, the grout was discolored from the red clay my dogs track in. When Joe was finished, it looked like a brand new floor. He also sealed it which the installer had never done. Im always extremely happy with the job Joe does and will gladly use him again.

The overall experience was phenomenal. Joe entered my home like a long lost old friend, warm, friendly, and extremely professional. Joe is a very spiritual person, which as an ordained minister I really appreciated. He first explained the spots that covered most of my living room carpet. These spots appeared two weeks after the carpet had been cleaned by another service and had not been there before they cleaned it. He moved all of the furniture with care and replaced it before leaving. He also took time, which six previous services never did, to explain how he cleaned it, and everything I need to do to maintain the beautiful job he did. Having grown up with hard wood floors, this too was something I appreciated and needed. He also took time to fix a closet door for me for no extra charge. He is the reason I will be renewing my membership, which is about to end, as soon as I finish this report. Joe is the best of what Angie's List seeks to provide. Thank you. Thank you and thank Joe.

We have a hard-to-house train 8 month old puppy. Our carpet was a BIG mess and the odor was very bad. My first impression of Joe was that he was an honest person. He did nothing during his visit to change that first impression. Joe arrived when scheduled, examined the stained areas, advised a couple of options and provided the associated prices and odds at removing the odor and stains permanently. We opted for the traditional cleaning from the top and deodorization. The stains are much better now (not gone, but it wasn't my expectation they would be) and more importantly the odor is gone. We will use Joe again.

Joe was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt, arriving at the exact time schedule. He provided a great deal of information before he started working. We have pets who have made a bit of a mess on the carpet and he explained the options but did not push extra services. In fact, when I suggested to just go ahead with the extra, he suggested that I wait to see how the basic process worked first. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use him again.
