Locally owned and operated, Paint One Inc. is a house painting company you can trust. If you have been looking for an all around professional house painting company for your home or business in Charlotte, Asheville, or the Hickory/Lenoir/Morganton areas, you are in the right place. Paint One is a house painting company that sets itself apart from other providers by providing top quality painting services at a fair and reasonable price. At Paint One, our drive to exceed homeowners’ expectations with the painting services we provide is second to none. We strive to continue being the best house painting company in North Carolina by providing outstanding professional painting services and a high level of customer satisfaction. Paint One Inc. started its operations as a Charlotte house painting company back in 2006. Even though we started small, we set out to make a big impact on the residential and commercial painting industry by being a different kind of house painting company – one that truly cares about customer satisfaction. The owner of Paint One has always felt that there was a strong need in the marketplace for a dependable and reliable house painting company that homeowners could trust to do a excellent job within the budget and time allotted. Today, Paint One has extended its operations to Asheville and Hickory/Lenoir and Morganton with the hopes and aspirations to soon reach Greensboro, Winston Salem, and Raleigh/Durham. We got bigger, but maintained our family-business way of operating. We owe our growth, as a house painting company in North Carolina, to all our satisfied customers who spoke out to their friends and family about their experience with Paint One. If you have used our house painting services before, we thank you for your continued patronage. Paint One is not franchise, but the way we run our house painting company is very professional and organized. We leverage available technology to minimize response time to customer inquires, to provide job progress reports to our customers and to facilitate communication between painting crews and management. We know you will be impressed with the way we work and share information to keep you updated on the progress of your painting project. One of the requirements to be hired by Paint One is to be passionate about painting. It’s true – everyone at Paint One Inc. is passionate about painting and we are addicted to making our customers happy! The owner of Paint One Inc., Pedro Pedreira has over twelve years of experience in the painting industry. He started his career as a subcontractor working on residential and commercial painting projects. While working as a subcontractor, he noticed that many house painting companies did not care about the quality of the finished work and cut corners to maximize profits, deceiving customers in the process. He also witnessed many outstanding warranty issues go unresolved. His overall feeling was that many painting contractors only cared about money. When he started his own house painting company, Paint One, in Charlotte, the first thing on his business agenda was to determine how to provide 100% customer satisfaction and to put in place a strong warranty to protect homeowners against defects in workmanship. Paint One is a house painting company with 15 employees, including 9 painting crews. Paint One has a local business presence in Charlotte, Asheville and Raleigh. To maintain complete control over the quality of the painting projects we undertake, our house painting company does not use subcontractors for residential interior and exterior painting project. If you would like to get a quote for our painting services, we invite you to request an estimate today.

Savage Painting originated in upstate New York as a female owned and family operated painting company. We realized early on that spreading paint smoothly and evenly was only a portion of our job. Correcting minor issues became a trademark for our company.

"Excellent work. Meticulous cleanup. Fair price. Finished ahead of planned deadline. Wonderful experience!"

Additional phones - (888) 501-7824.

"Very responsive to come out ainitially and access damage and get fixed as all was paid for by insurance. They also agreed to installing a skylight where the tree came thru (there was not a skylight before). It was installed well and has never leaked. That's all the good news I have folks. HOWEVER we had 'total replacement to original status' insurance coverage and first go around all they were going to do was patch damaged areas of roof. matching tiles "as best they can". After much bickering back and forth, they finally replaced entire roof. 3 times. yes, three times as the first 2 times work was substandard- and eaked. They did not overlap roof tiles and did not flash properly. When insurance overseer finally agreed to redo entire roof to "original" with a 30 year guarantee, she was subsequently fired by the insurance company after the job was done. Inside the house, the subcontractor they hired to fix our wall and ceiling was horrendous. "Johnny" from Mississippi put up a wall that was not linear -nit bowed. He said our house was crooked and he could not fix that. There was a good 2 feet crawl space between inside wall and outside house. We insisted he redo it (multiple times.) till he got it straight, finally, He said "the wife" was being too fussy. Then he replaced smooth ceiling with a popcorn ceiling because he said he couldn't fix the drywall plaster lines...now we have the task of taking off the popcorn, replacing the drywall ceiling, and replastering correctly. . We grew weary of him and decided not to have him redo. As for coming "on time", well, we learned that "on time" is a relative term...seems to mean just showing up sometime in the morning. Bottom line: Don't let your insurance company bully you into using this company and certainly do NOT hire them on your own."

"Initial work went well. Problems developed with the work done. Company returned to do necessary patching and repainting. Some small problems developed again. Company was contacted with a response that they would return to fix things. They never returned to complete the necessary repairs and phone calls and emails were unanswered from that point onward. Will need to hire someone else to finish the job correctly."

Wallpapering questions, answered by experts

Textured or patterned vinyl wallpaper designs are the best option for hiding imperfections. Embossed designs or faux finishes like brick, wood, or linen textures are especially effective at camouflaging dents, cracks, or uneven surfaces. Avoid smooth, shiny finishes, as they can highlight flaws rather than conceal them.

Having dated, peeling, or otherwise damaged wallpaper can decrease the value of your property, so removing that before listing your house is nearly always a good idea; however, since wallpaper tends to be a personal style choice, potential buyers may or may not love your aesthetic as much as you do.

Love the look of wallpaper but want to consider property value as well? Stick with something that is easy to change. If you are thinking of selling soon, make sure your wallpaper hanging is on-point and looks professional with no crooked seams, evenly matched patterns, and minimal bubbling or other imperfections.

You should be aware of the current wallpaper and interior trends before hanging it, especially if you are planning on selling or listing your home soon. Do people in your market tend to prefer bold designs and accent walls, or does having a simpler print all over seem like a better idea? Lastly, you want something that appeals to your aesthetic preferences; hanging wallpaper is an investment of your time and money after all.

Wall panels offer functional and aesthetic benefits. From a practical standpoint, panels can improve your home's insulation and energy efficiency, especially if you opt for solid wood panels. They can also help protect your existing wall.

Aesthetically, wall panels have a knack for adding dynamic texture, warmth, and sophistication to a room. And thanks to their many different shapes, sizes, and styles, wall panels can elevate a wide variety of home designs.

Finally, it’s relatively easy to cover wall panels, so you have some flexibility if you end up not liking the look over time.

Your peel-and-stick wallpaper can fall off for multiple reasons, including high humidity levels, extreme temperature changes, poor installation, and even the wall surface. Textured walls can prevent the adhesive from fully sticking to the wall, making it more likely for the wallpaper to peel off. Low-quality wallpapers with weaker adhesives are also more likely to fall off prematurely.
