"The project went very smoothly. In working with Al Pareda to first replace the roof, the painting process began as soon as the roof was completed which made the entire process easy to handle as a homeowner. I was very impressed with the level of skill and care taken on every detail of the painting. Al and his crew were very professional and wanted the finished product to be perfect. They didn't miss a thing. When I would mention an area that I felt needed further attention, it was already on their list. They were always one step ahead of me in what needed to be done. The front porch was the last to be painted. A week later when the paint started peeling, I called Al and his crew came that very day, scraped the paint of, re-sanded the surface and determined that an alternative paint product needed to be used. They completed the porch that day and we have had no further problems. I would highly recommend this company for exterior painting."
