Shellie did an amazing job on our install! She booked the job within a couple weeks notice, showed up on time, and worked extra hard to be efficient with what I had bought so that I didn't have to buy another roll! Very impressed with Shellie and would definitely recommend her and use her again!

Shellie scheduled with me quickly, ("I can come tomorrow" - but we scheduled for 2 weeks out) gave me a quote based on the number of rolls I had calculated, and showed up with just one more message exchanged between us. She is friendly, brings all materials with her, and works tirelessly until the job is finished. My bathroom wallpaper looks fantastic and it completely transforms the space. Shellie was so helpful throughout this process. I was told exactly how much wallpaper to order,, paper type, pattern, etc. she did an outstanding job hanging the paper and matching the pattern. This was not an easy job as there were doors and a thermostat that needed to be navigated. I am extremely pleased, and will not hesitate to employ her again!

Beware! Excuses/no accountability and very aggressive behavior were rampant when we expressed concerns about the installation. Sadly there are numerous visible and uneven seams, the wallpaper stops before meeting the crown molding, and the room was left a mess with dripped adhesive all over our freshly painted trim and adjacent cabinets. When she can back to meet with us, she came in very aggressively and wouldn't even hear us out. Anything we were able to say was dismissed and she even laughed when we pointed out a seam where the pattern didn't line up. We asked several times for her to lower her voice in from of our young child but she wouldn't, which is unacceptable. When we were skeptical of her painting over the seams with some random unmatched paint she brought with her, she stormed out of the house. We're in awe of Shellie's unprofessionalism and wish she had been more detail oriented with our project.

Shellie did a phenomenal job installing an accent wall in my sonâ s bathroom! She is friendly and communicative, and her prices are competitive and reasonable. The paper I chose has lots of small details that she aligned with such precision. Iâ m shocked by how efficient she is, too! Iâ ll definitely hire her again and canâ t recommend her enough.

She was there on the day she was scheduled to be, at the time she said she would be there, She came very prepared, and insisted on doing everything herself with her own supplies, table, ladders, etcâ ¦. She worked hard until the job was done, and did a meticulous job hanging the wallpaper with very little waste. She wallpapered our full guest bath downstairs, and we are very happy with the job she did. I will definitely be calling Shellie for future jobs. :) She took her time and primed the walls first before hanging the wallpaper. A job well done Shellie! Thank you!

Shellie was amazing. Sheâ  s very busy but got us on her schedule. I sent her dimensions and the wallpaper we were using and she told me how much to buy and answered my questions. Sheâ  s very personable, a dog lover (always a plus) and works quickly and does a superb professional job. Iâ  m SO GLAD I didnâ  t tackle this on my own - I would have taken days compared to hours and made a mess. I thought the pricing was very appropriate for the service given, and we couldnâ  t be more please with the results . Our guest bath is gorgeous and the wallpaper is the showstopper! Every single aspect of our interaction with Shellie at The Paper Hanger was beyond professional and spectacular. We were stood up by two previous wallpaper installers, and were despairing of finding anyone to take on our projects. In the end, we found Shellie and she was Worth. The. Wait. Shellie was responsive from the moment we began communicating; discussing the project, and all our questions. There was no surprises with the quote and her rates were extremely reasonable. She was perfectly punctual...and our WALLS! THEY ARE MAGNIFICENT. We had two accent ones done: our master bedroom and a bonus room accent wall. There isn't a seam visible...the wallpaper is perfect wall art.. She's a gifted artist at what she does. I would never hire anyone else to complete our wallpaper projects!!

Shellie was very nice, professional but I must say for 20 years of experience I was not impressed. To be fair she was the second person to do this restroom and yes she did a better job but I still had a ton of seems! She did come out once too? try? and fix them but did not get them all. When I ask for her to come out again she did not respond. But when I asked about fixing it myself she responded and texted me with a step-by-step. I would think one would take pride in her work and come out to fix it, especially when she was already paid in full.

"I am sorry to hear that Tanya was disappointed with how I handled the seams. For some reason, the first hanger walked off the job so she hired me to rehang the wallpaper. The wallpaper was dark blue and yes sometimes seams on dark wallpaper do separate and it does not happen until the paper dries. I did go back and color in the seams that I saw and the room looked very nice. I let her know I was coming and she was not home to show me her concerns so her husband let me in and he said it looked great. I did not see any further seams that needed coloring in. I take pride in all my work and always make sure my customer is very happy with the job."
