As I had ordered the wallpaper online and wasn't exactly sure of an arrival date, Dale was accomodating in setting up a target date then being flexible to work around the arrival of the paper. Once, I had the paoper in hand, it only took a couple of days for Dale to come by to hang it. The job was professionally done, reasonably priced-actually came in under original estimate. I was very satisfied overall with Accent's performance.

They are fantastic. I'd take them any day. If I had more wallpaper, I'd know who to call.

Dale is top notch. He showed up right on time and got to work. Not only does he do an excellent job of communicating what he going to do and how much that will cost you, but he is also very skilled at removing wallpaper; wall damage is kept to the bare minimum. After the wallpaper was down and cleaned up, he patched all the rough spots and holes in the walls that I wanted him to patch. I have hired Dale twice and both times I have been very pleased with the whole experience.

Everything went extremely well. Dale is very professional and does great work. The wallpaper intall in our 1/2 bath came out perfect. Dale was on-time and finsihed the job in a few hours. We will definitely use Dale and Accents Wall Covering in the future.

They were really great, they hung half at a time so that we could have time to finish some construction, and then he came back out when were done and he finished the project, I would use him again any time.

I contacted Dale to discuss removing wallpaper in 2 rooms of our home - our master bath and guest bath. Dale made arrangements to meet with me immediately and gave me a cost estimate before beginning his work. Due to the size of our master bath (large w/ a vaulted ceiling), Dales quote was $740 for both rooms. Imagine how pleased I was once the work was done to find out that Dale was only going to charge us $500 for both rooms. Essentially, the job ended up being much easier than originally anticipated - WOW - and he charged me $240 less than he quoted me! I can honestly say I was speechless. It is wonderful to work with someone like Dale who really cares about his customers - and "wowing" them whenever possible. Dale was professional and punctual - totally reliable. He did a great job removing our wallpaper and prepping the walls for primer/paint. My only regret is that I don't have any more rooms with wallpaper - so I can't ask for Dale's assistance again! I would highly recommend him to family & friends.

He came in and did it an about a day. He was right on time; he stuck to his original quote and came a little under it. He cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him.

It was great - great communication, great price, great service. I was having the wallpaper done in a new house and found him on-line while living in another city. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Good so far, I will update when project is complete.

It went extremely well. Dale only took 2 total days to complete the work. There were 2 layers of wallpaper in the baths, which we were not aware of until work was started. He left the walls looking terrific. It was so much better than I had hoped for. The total cost was less than the estimate.

Dale Rushing was excellent! He provided an accurate estimate. He was very punctual for the estimate & the work. He cleaned up after the work. He installed new fixtures for me. I offered him additional money for this extra service, but he did not take it. The wallpaper looks great. I will call him in the future when I need wallpaper installed.

Dale Rushing returned my call within a matter of hours, and we scheduled an appointment for a few weeks later. When Dale was an hour late, I called him. After checking his calendar, he apologized, dropped what he was doing at the time, and rushed over to my house. He apologized several more times, and ended up charging me half of what he had quoted me. Everybody makes mistakes, not everybody is as genuinely apologetic as Dale was, nor would many people make such a great effort to make it right. His work was great, and I am 100% satisfied with the experience. I will definitely use him again.

Dale takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is the best.

Excellent experience! Dale says it like it is and does high quality work. Actual costs came in $400 less than estimate (he gives you the worst case estimate since he doesn't always know how easily it will come off). Our painter is super picky about wall prep and Dale did a great job working with him to ensure a very high quality outcome. Showed up when he said he would, was very professional and did a great job cleaning up. Will definitely use him again.

I was very pleased with his work. He returned my phone call promptly, came out for an estimate the same day, and then did the work the next business day. He had the work done before the other company I had called even returned my call! Plus, because it took him less time than he anticipated, he charged $50 less than his original estimate. The walls were in excellent condition for painting when he finished, and it took him less than 2 hours to do the work. He also cleaned up the kitchen thoroughly before leaving. I would definitely call him again if the need arises!

I cannot recommend Dale highly enough. Despite dealing with other major outside issues, he kept communication lines open at all times and was punctual, professional, and a perfectionist. His prices were very fair and his work is meticulous. We have several other rooms in our 20-year-old home that need removal of nasty 80's wallpaper. Dale has my total confidence, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Dale and John were both punctual, polite, professional, and did an excellent job of removing all of the horrible years of wallpaper buildup in the house, that we recently purchased. Dale returned calls promptly, showed up when he said he would and even finished the job in less time than originally quoted, and cleaned up the work areas when done, so the area was usable. I believe that his quote was very fair. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs wallpaper removal.

Dale was very punctual and trustworthy. He was a hard worker, and we trusted him to be alone in the house and at times with my family. I still need to do additional wall touch up and sanding prior to painting the walls. However, I wouldn't have removed the amount of wallpaper that he did for the price. Dale completed the job quicker and charged less than originally quoted. Hauled off all debris. I would recommend him for a similar project.

I CALLED MR. RUSHING TO GET AN ESTIMATE, AND HE PROMPTLY CALLED ME BACK. WE SAT UP A DATE AND HE WAS ON TIME. WE WORKED OUT THE DETAILS, AND BY ME BEING A MORNING PERSON, WE WERE BOTH HAPPY ABOUT THE TIME FACTOR. ON THE FIRST DAY OF WORK, HE WAS ON TIME AND READY TO GO. MR. RUSHING WAS PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK, AND IT ALL WAS DONE IN A NEAT MANNER. I HAVE SOME MORE WORK FOR MR. RUSHING, AND I WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM IN CALLING HIM BACK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, ON TIME. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
