"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The company came out and service my system years back. They replaced my system with a new system. I kept my old system in the back. What they did I couldn't believe they returned and took my old trane heating unit and replaced it with an hailer. I called them and asked to return my Trane unit. My phone calls were no longer taken. I spent $6,000 on that new unit and they in return stole my Trane unit and replaced it with a cheaper brand. I definitely will be calling the police on this. This is how u treat customers who paid you. It's called GREED and STEALING. I spent $6,000 on a new unit and they did this. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. The S&K plumber came out and said he would have to check with one of the HVAC techs and he would come back with parts he needed. I later received a call to reschedule and was told the plumber was not coming back and an HVAC tech could not come for another week, unless I said it was an emergency. I called another plumber instead who came and fixed the leaking soldier joint. S&K charged me a $55 service call for the plumber's visit. I called to dispute the bill and was told the plumber could not do the job I needed and I would have to pay for the service call. But clearly the plumber didn't have the skills to do the job, i.e., resolder a failed copper joint."

"Having been a Premier Indoor Comfort Systems customer for over 10 years, they used to be an honorable company. I can no longer recommend Premier as an honest HVAC company. The short version - Premier came out to perform our summer inspection. One of our HVAC systems could not maintain cooling. Premier claimed we needed them to perform over $2300 of "cleaning" services to restore the function of the A/C system. Their work order noted that they did not check the refrigerant level of the system - a service they advertise on their web site as part of the bi-annual inspection. Not wanting to spend over $2300 on an older system, I contacted another HVAC company for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company performed the same service, observed that unit was over 2 lbs low on refrigerant, added refrigerant to the system, and restored the system to service for $ 349. I left (2) messages for the service manager Mark Harman and (1) for John Stezzi (business). They failed to return my calls."
