We just bought the house and was only in it for less than 12 hours when the entire HVAC system went out! We jumped on Angie's List to find a repair service and saw Lawrence's great reviews. Turns out that it was worst case scenario - the entire HVAC system had to be replaced. Lawrence did the job in less than a day and the new unit is running like a dream. They were very patient in answering all our questions and took extra time to explain the digital thermostat to us - even saying that if we weren't comfortable with the thermostat that came with the unit, that they would give us another one. And the job didn't bankrupt us! Very reasonable rates, excellent work, highly professional. We are new to town, and Lawrence will be our go-to for all things heat & air. So happy to have found them.

The technician was on my doorstep waiting for me when I got home from work. He was about 5 min. early. He was very pleasant through the entire experience. My A/C would come on sometimes and at others would not. I asked them to come out and check it for me. I was so afraid that they would try to talk me into a whole new unit, and I just could not afford that.
The technician took off the panel and immediately told me that I had a contact gone bad. He went out to his truck and got the part, came back and installed it. He went in the house and turned the A/C on and checked to make sure everything was working correctly and it was...I had cold air again!
The entire visit was only about 30-40 minutes. I asked a few questions about having the furnace checked out and we talked about when to do that. The tech was very polite, courteous, professional. I will definitely call this company again. Totally pleasant experience.

.Our Coleman heat pump (19 years old) needed to be replaced. I asked Lawrence to provide us with an estimate for replacement of this unit with a Goodman heat pump (DSZC16), air handler (AVPCT) and a CTK03 control system. His first suggestion was to install the new air handler on the floor instead of the ceiling (the location of the old air handler) for both aesthetic and convenience reasons. After inspecting the old system and taking measurements he returned to his office and provided us with an estimate that same day. I had one question which I emailed late in the afternoon and received the answer within an hour. Needless to say I was favorably impressed with his responsiveness. We accepted his bid and the units were installed in a single day. The new system is working great, the new arrangement looks much better than the old one, and we are very happy with the service that was provided in a competent and friendly manner. Highly recommended!

After the inital call we had to wait about a week before they came to our home. Our old unit had quit completely and we had no air at all. It was pretty miserable. I am sure they were very busy because it was very hot that week. Thats the only thing that we did not like. The waiting for a whole week. Everything else was fine.

We were very pleased with the job overall. We had selected a high efficiency system through research on the web and were happy with the quote provided by Chance Lawrence. The work was done in under two days. Mr. Lawrence was very patient in answering all our questions. One minor issue with some missing screws was easily resolved when pointed out. We had asked that he coordinate with our electrician as we were updating our electrical service at the same time. This was done and helped control the cost of our electrical work.
