"I hired Sound Profiles to install my Audio/Video components in my bonus room. I had used them previously in the past without issue, however this time went horrible and I would not recommend any of their services. They failed to complete my network connection to my Denon receiver which doesn't have a Wi-Fi nor BLE option so I cannot stream music. After bringing this to the technician's attention and the owner I was told this will cost more money and/or they didn't respond at all. There are much better options out there."
