Called got a return call the same day. Made a appointment for the next day showed up on time had to work on several hours. Had to figure out what usb was causing the machine to to boot up. Found the one and helped get it working properly. He worked more then two hours on it.

Used a combiner /splitter which enabled multiple receiver signals throughout the whole house network system without the need of the modulator.

This is the 2nd time using Neil. He gets an A++++++++. Neil came out and in less than an hour reconnected all my devices. He was prompt, courteous, and reasonable.

FANTASTIC! I discovered I had no internet access on my 2nd computer on Saturday night. Spent several hours on the phone with 2 providers, including my internet provider, to no success. I called several to come and no one could come within the time frame I needed. I called Neil and he was able to come Monday afternoon and spent several hours restoring the service. During the time he also did some computer training with me. I would heartily recommend him to anyone who needs computer help. He was also sensitive to the time he was taking. 
I would give him an A++++++ in all categories, if possible.

Neil showed up right on time and took the time to discuss with me the issues I was having in detail so that he understood what I was looking for.  I had been having issues with overall wireless signal and was not able to use many of the wireless capabilities of devices such as a wireless printer, connection to my Direct TV, and wireless thermostat's.  He proactively brought a suggested router replacement to which he set up very quickly.  He then went through setting up connection to each of the devices mentioned above and then also made sure my laptop, ipads, and iphones were connected properly.  I am not the most tech minded person so I was glad that Neil took the time to explain everything he was doing.
I now have great wireless signal and I am so happy I can utilize all of the functionality of other devices and services.  I would definitely recommend The ONbutton to those having a similar experience.

Originally contacted Neil to help troubleshoot a ROKU that had poor image quality and to upgrade my wireless router.  I left a message and received a call back the same day.  We discussed my issues over the phone and made an appointment for Neil to come to my home within a few days.  He was upfront with pricing and was flexible with my work hours.  He arrived on time and replaced my wireless router (he brought several routers and discussed the pros and cons of each).  Turned out despite his efforts, the ROKU didn't work.  But, it turns out the ROKU was defective and worked without trouble when it was replaced.  I would definitely ask Neil to come back to troubleshoot any other computer related issues I may encounter.  He was professional, personal and worked efficiently.

Everything still working fine a month later!

I had a 12 year old HP-Pavilion computer with the XP os; the os finally crashed after addressing several issues with it earlier. I did an Angie's List search to find someone that would make house calls and was considered reliable. When I explained my issue to him, he agreed to visit me late that afternoon to further analyze the problem. No doubt, I had gotten my money's worth out of that old HP, but Neil reconfirmed, it was time to move on, and he could make it painless.

Neil recovered my files from the old hard drive, then removed that hard drive from my old computer. He then reinstalled that data onto my new computer. Since I was going from an XP-Pro op sys to MS-8, Neil took patience and time to explain and show me the differences. He also showed me important details about my new wireless peripherals, etc.

Neil shows that he likes his work, likes explaining and sharing his knowledge, and has the customer's primary concerns covered. I'll definitely use his service the next time I have computer issues.

It went really well.  Neil, the owner, asked a lot of questions via phone so that when he arrived he already had the part that he thought he needed to repair the computer.  He was very professional, prompt, and friendly.  He also answered all of my questions.

Neil responded to my phone message within a few hours which was wonderful because my computer was non-functional. Het set up an appointment for the following day and all needs were met by the end of our time. I am extremely pleased with Neil's service and knowledge. Will use again without a doubt!

Neil came to my home and worked in the evening on the same day that I contacted him since he knew that I was flying out of town.  Neil was very professional and sincerely interested in trying to solve my PC problems.  Ultimately he was not able to completely cure the problem but was able to make a number of changes that allowed me to continue using my computer which I was unable to do prior to his services.  Since problem was not completely fixed Neil was very reasonable in his billing for services.  Neil also followed up several days later to see whether things were still working .  I will definitely use  OnButtonLLC again for services.

Neil was prompt for our appointment as well as courteous and patient .  His explanations were free of jargon and easy to understand. He solved some computer problems and gave me some instruction.  We have an appointment for next week at the new house so he can make sure all is set up correctly.  Fantastic!
