Entire procedure went well, including phone discussion as to cost and scheduling and installation of the system at the scheduled time. The installation was completed on time and they spent 30 min going over the system and demonstrating its use.

Was on the hunt to upgrade the audio system in my new Honda Accord. Visited total of 3 local auto audio shops and ended up going w/Chris at C.A.R. Audio and Security. He was very good in helping me make my upgrade decisions, educating me on different options and their proc/cons. The shop is neat and organized, they were professional, came in at the price they quoted and went the extra mile on giving me some leeway in trying out a few different sub options. The install was very professional, pricing was reasonable and they completed the job in the time they said they would. I'm very pleased w/the help and the work they did. Will definitely be going back for later phases of my upgrade project.

Had a very good experience, took slightly longer than expected, but they told me ahead of time that it would take a while due to customization. Was able to schedule appointment within a few days. Dropped off vehicle and returned later in the day. Nice showroom, a bit small though. Not the most comfortable waiting room chairs, but a lot to do in the area, next to Wal-mart. Very professional. When completed, everything looked great and worked as expected.

They troubleshooted the stereo, and discovered that there was a relay that hooked up to the speaker amps. They connected the stereo to the relay, and low and behold, we now have music in our car again! It took about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish, but they did an excellent job on the installation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

For $155, all they did was mount the receiver and hide the wires; it took two hours to do this and didn't even provide FM modulator. The worst part was they installed my manual shifter backwards on my Mustang, which caused the car to stall out since it wouldn't go into gear. I had to take it to the Ford dealership to fix PLUS they had unplugged my Heat/AC fan so it wasn't working either. These are amateurs who should be avoided.

"IN RESPONSE TO THE MEMBER WITH THE MUSTANG. WE INSTALLED HER SATELLITE RADIO JUST AS ASKED. WE PULLED CAR AROUND JUST FINE. WHEN SHE GOT IN HER CAR TO PULL AWAY SHE HAD APPARENTLY KICKED THE FLOORMAT UNDER THE CLUTCH AND COULDN'T USE IT CORRECTLY BUT STILL DECIDED TO DRIVE OFF WITH IT LURCHING FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. SHE CAME BACK AND WE AGREED TO LOOK AT IT AND THAT IS WHEN WE DISCOVERED SHE HAD MOVED THE FLOOR MAT UNDER THE CLUTCH. WE PUT IT BACK AND SHE APOLOGIZED FOR HER MISTAKE. SHE'S NEVER BEEN BACK SINCE NOR CALLED. THIS WAS AN INNAPPROPRIATE REVIEW. IF SHE STILL HAS A COMPLAINT WE WOULD LOVE AND WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THE SITUATION OURSELVES AND TO CORRECT IT. HOWEVER, HOW EXACTLY DOES A SATELLITE RADIO INSTALL NEARLY RUIN A TRANSMISSION? SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ROADS."
